Shad probably shouldn't have been on the ship to begin with, but the lure of personally ensuring the Argentinian drug lord was dead and no longer a danger was too great.  The Hungarians were just behind him, watching his back, as he crept into the cramped compartment, and shone a small light onto the face of the terrified criminal.

 

The criminal recognized him, of course, just as he'd suspected.  But he was a bit confused...

I've laid out my scum case on her multiple times.  As for why Hungarian, look back at the beginning of D2.  She only came out of the woodwork once Shad was getting pressure, then claimed to vote me for reasons she couldn't provide and that didn't match up with her prior arguments.  Combine that with the "oh, I guess kiv is town ... oh wait, I think he's scum again" dance she did, and it seems pretty clear that she was defending Shad.
