Sometimes I like to withhold things I think because I recognize that they are going to look bad on me to say even though they're true. This is one of those things.

I'd really rather not lynch Seph. I get why he is being - read and it's warranted and I don't even disagree with the lynch. As a matter of fact I could make a really strong argument for it.

But I don't want to see him lynched today. I think that we are lost but that there are better candidates out there vastly more likely to flip wolf than him and my reasons for thinking so are all individually weak but they add up to a lot.

stagnant train all day, even though it looks all town

votes everywhere

low effort on his part but much better posting than in the past

some of my wolf reads have pushed him without voting him

people throw a lot of snipy comments at him

seriously he has had some good (albeit safe) posts

the reasons people have for voting him are reasons I've had for voting him in the past when he flipped town

All the above said, the reasons people want to vote him are valid and idk, I think there is a greater than null chance that he is a wolf. I just think that it remains more likely that he is town. Say 65/35.

Honestly not really sure.

Dice/Salami can pull this as town.

Leelou prob needs more content to accurately judge.

Verb/Thane are still on my wolf list

AH hasn't done anything to warrant not being there it was just a thin train that built moderatly quickly.

Sooh hasn't struck me as particularly townie.

I'd think that I prob have two or three wolves in that list but I'm waffling on them all enough that it's hard to say.

It's varied with time but he has been pushed by basically everyone at some point or another. Vague on my part I suppose

Wombat, why do you think Seph is the best lynch for today? Based on those big walls Bizarro-Me posted on the last page, I'm actually really happy with Seph as a town read. I spent quite a bit of time trying to explain the advantages and disadvantages of seer cover to him when he was my tag-a-long in House of Cards, so I wouldn't be surprised to see him try to employ the strategy here as town...not so sure he'd do it as mafia.

He DID blow cover in the first one Maw posted, but that's null - at worst - for me. Could probably argue that he would have done so more effectively if he was running it by a team.

Him arguing about defending his townreads is definitely town points IMO.

What am I missing in the other 77 pages?

He has no scum reads and his approach to Durin is scummy regardless of cover. My vote is mainly on him by inertia though. I've thought about moving it a couple times, but Seph hasn't actually done much of anything imo.

Seems to apply to Zander decently

Most of the things you say have already been said. You've talked a lot and been active but have you really brought much to the table of your own accord? Not really Zander. Again, all things relative maybe it's just that I beat you to the punch but it's a fair assertion IMO that if someone wants to vote seph based on the reasons Wombat gave they should be equally willing to vote you.

I love this response. I was thinking about the way that he was pushed earlier by Leelou, Sooh, Zander when I was paranoid about him waffled there a bit, AH, Csarmi, those were the main ones. I feel like Verb or Thane mentioned him as well.

I'm nearly falling asleep here.

I wouldn't be surprised there at least 2 if not 3 wolves in the non voting area.

Didn't like Sooh's 'non push' on Heart, and layest reads are so fency. She seemed to start ok . She isn't voting - did this last game.

Underwhelming. Some vaguely reasonable stuff, but didn't like how she pushed the AJ/Seph narrative or how she went after AH. Very easy angles.

I'll give you the AH thing was weak and so is "odds one of the hydras is wolf" thing. IDK I think we have better targets elsewhere still, specifically in that slanky-wolf / bad-town group

3) All of the above

I seem to be doing a good job at #1, so that's something.

I am horrible at #2. In the past, my scum reads have all been wrong, and there have been scum in my strong town reads (Namely AJ). I don't know who to trust. I don't even completely trust myself. The best thing I can do to help my team is to point out what I see, so they are aware of it. So that my fellow townies that ARE good at scum hunting can use the information.

Keep doing things like you did with me a moment ago. That was direct and really great. That's the stuff that makes someone look town and it gives you good information to act off of.

He is entertaining and engaged and clear and present.

Not really any of those things. Maybe a bit.

Mostly it's that, and I'm not exaggerating, what you saw of him in that last game where he was a wolf is the height of his wolf effort.

Every time you downplay it I am immensely agitated.

Like, sure, when I'm a wolf I find it really hard to remain engaged, but at least I can fake tone and arguments and all that jazz. It's not so bad unless you know my town meta.
