I don't assume they are all town. I said it's *likely* they are. If mafia was in control of the phase change (which IS what I assume), then it is likely they would use it when they aren't on the 'winning' train.

 

 

Except as stated, that doesn't work as a reason in multiball, and even if it wasn't multiball you have no evidence or real logic behind that assumption, you just assume it to be true.  Why WOULDN'T mafia have a vote in there if they need the numbers and people are probably going to hop off the vote as Yates1.0 continued to claim PR?  You have to give some logic/reason before saying something is likely.

That's hillarious, because it's the first time I'm not (not counting the undisclosed alignment I had in Heart's game), and I came off as town more often than not when I was scum.

I got back to page 57, but can't reread much further as work is picking up.  Can someone please summarize what was scummy about Hallia's vote, who the masons are, and other than posting alot even when not caught up on the game and being "open" about his thoughts, why Sili is (in his own words) "a consensus town read"?

I actually keep forgetting that it's multiball. I'm not used to working with that dynamic. You're right, the other team could have easily been on the list.

 

My logic is that the team that ended the phase did so while they weren't on the lynch for the sole reason they knew it would be looked at. They didn't want to be in the group that was scrutinized.

 

That's a good point, though. It is more likely it happened when it did for the sole reason to kill off the claimed PR.

Hey guys? I don't know why you lynched Yates 1.0. It looks like he was lobbing one up for you all right around here:

Seems an odd reason to vote someone. How is that any different from how a cop would approach the game to try to find the best investigation target at night or a vig might go about identifying a target for his NA?

 

To me it looks like game solving. And that's the opposite of the conclusion you came to.

Wish I had been here to see this so I could tell you how stupid you were being. I feel like Verb should feel like an @**hole, AJ and Leelou are probably scum, Seph is probably still scum independent of his uninvolvement in the lynch, and Hally is not invested enough in the game to have a real read on but probably scum as well if she doesn't step it up.

 

Oh. And Sooh is pretty much confirmed scum.

Cry me a river.  You were scummy, I voted you.  Then you claimed, and I UNVOTED you and said we should not lynch a claimed PR.  Feel free to try blaming me, though.  You had a town PR, so you're supposed to play scummy and toe the line - I had to do that the whole time in my Champs game, and I was almost lynched D1 and D2 for it.  Not my fault you can't dance like I can.  ;-)

Actually, I like this.  Gives her the perfect defense, too - "why would I do that as scum and not use my QT?"......and that's the exact defense she's using.  Sooh is a lynch contender for D2 100%.

 

 

 

 

 

No, not in the least. I actually wouldn't be surprised if the wagon is all villagers in the final tally.

 

EP is saying that we should consider other players who were on the block around the time Day was ended because scum could've done this to save their teammate. It's not a bad theory but I was adding that the fact Yates had claimed a PR by then and had the necessary votes to be in the lead that I think scum would've done that regardless just to kill him and be done.

Btw Verb? You said you had changed your mind and wanted Seph to be the lynch. Why didn't you vote him?

 

 

I said I would probably vote him, but then went home and totally forgot the deadline was last night.  I wish I had, as it could have maybe saved him.  BUT.....perhaps it was a silver lining, as you and Seph don't look very good coming into the next day.

Why did you not unvote when he claimed a PR?  You never bury a vote on PR claims, especially when there is no cc, which means it is likely a true claim.
