Meh.  The main other option was probably Hally and I see her as about equally likely to flip town.

 

Yeah, you're probably right.

 

I'm seeing more of that too now after he blatant OMGUS on Pral for scum reading here which I think is actually a villager tell more than anything. Not overall helpful to anyone in that situation or even necessarily a good vote because I think Pral is looking pretty solid, but Hally gonna Hallia.

I feel like Rowdy Roddy Piper in that one movie where he saw aliens with that special set of sunglasses. Like I'm the only one who sees AJ for the scum he is.

I understand the game enough to know that I can't scumhunt properly without fully reading those ~70 pages I missed.  The next best thing is for me to identify my best town reads in real-time and a few ISOs, and go from there.

 

I don't like the sheep idea myself, but I don't have a better one that doesn't involve me not doing anything but read the game for the next 4 hours.

 

That's what you probably should be doing though. Your sheep idea basically allows you to buddy up to a villager and ditch all responsibility for your read if you're scum here.

I've been kinda keeping up over the last day or so, so I'm not completely out of thread flow.

 

Cliff notes: Wombat is looking more townie. Maybe he just had to shake the rust off cause he hasn't played in a few months. Don't think lynching him is optimal today as his game has picked up and I still think Hallia makes a good wagon.

 

Thane/Hallia/Clov wagons are probably decent imo

 

I have some issues with Pral's reads that I will address later. For one I don't think he's every town read me in a game when he was town, but that's kinda minor and just an amusing detail that comes to mind for me. I don't think his Wombat commentary is completely factual though and I do take issue with that. Means bad for Pral, maybe bad for Wombat.

Dude what do I really need to continue harping on ITT? You want some commentary on Hallia? Look through my ISO for something other than what fits into your confbias narrative where I called her out for every single little wolfy thing she did. Parking her vote on me as potentially a 'joke vote' cover on around pg 14. Fail logic with me. Fail logic with Alanna. Wolfy pop ins. Large absences from the game. Lazy/sheep votes. I've said my piece on Thane. Spaceballs game basically proved I read him pretty badly. I think you're a villager and you obviously seemed convinced so I'm comfortable sheeping my town reads D1. Same goes with Tommy irt Clov even though I have said before I think Clov could be a villager too.

What I am saying in that post is nothing like what you are saying you want to do.

 

I am actually pushing a wagon and my reads. What I was saying is that I would be willing to move to a different lynch candidate (Thane/Clov) in the event my suspect (Hallia) was apparently not getting lynched because two of my town reads (Despot/Tommy) were confident in their stance and I was confidence in my read on them.

 

Completely different than what you are saying where you basically just want to play lazy and sheep somebody you 'town read' so that you don't have to partake in the game.

 

Lazy or scummy, take your pick. But either way it's not going to establish you any sort of village equity.

He's made soft hints at a PR several times and last night he made a joke about AJ claiming vig but said AJ was claiming cop and was like "haha oops". Search him for "vig" and you'll find it.

I read this as AJ threatened to kill Des. Sili said he'd live another night because AJ was shooting Des and accidentally said cop instead of vig. Then he corrected it and said vig. I didn't read into that being a cop claim at all.

 

You probably should read it as a Vig claim either, on my end.

 

The 'shooting Despot in the face' thing was pretty tongue-in-cheek, I thought.

My blue at this point is Des.  Clov is now green - was my blue in the initial stages of the game, but I think Des has been the most obvious town.

 

Reason:  he has shown zero signs of faking annoyance.  When he's been scum, I've seen him blow up and I've wondered if it was legit or not.  When he's town, his posts show sincerity and "holier than thou aggression".  I see that from him in this game.

 

Leelou hasn't had much of a chance to interact with me, so I need to get that into gear for a proper read on her D2.  If she's scum, I'll figure it out.

 

I'm stuck on whether I want to vote Thane or SP.  Thane went after low hanging fruit with me - I haven't been active and he has no way of thinking I could be scum for that.  That's garbage.  SP is mostly because I can't believe the dude only has a few posts and I'm (slightly hypocritical here) annoyed.

 

Actually, I think Yates belongs as green as well.  I feel like my lack of detail reading might make this reads list contradict because I'm not fully aware of any connections between these, but in a vacuum, here is where I'm at:

 

Des

Clov

Yates

Nyn

Everybody else

 

Okay - these are a little better from Verb.

 

Still want more though.
