It is still Day 5 in Avengers 2 - Age of Ultron Mafia, which will end Monday, August 25th at 8:00pm Eastern Standard Time or when a majority lynch has been reached and I am available to end the phase early.  This is a hammer game.  Once a majority lynch has been reached, no more votes or unvotes will be counted.  With 13 players in the game, it will take 7 votes to reach a majority.  Failure to reach this majority by the deadline will end with a random player being lynched.

Wouldn't that semi-wasting your ability? Makes much more sense to me, to use it on confirmed townies to check who visits them.

 

 

@Rand - why do you think it unlikely that mafia would kill Vos if they had a redirector role? Godfather, I could see maybe, if that person was the only one left, but why discount a redirector?

 

DT, I don't see how Pepper fits with forcing votes.

If they had a redirector role, they could have tried to redirect NotBob with a scum to make NotBob's view as scum.  They could have tried to have Vos check someone else obvious like Rags, DT, etc. and then redirected it to cause opposing results.

 

Also, I don't see how Pepper fits with forcing votes either.  Looks much more like a fake claim to me.  Because of this, I'm starting to look at the possibility that Tony Stark might be a fake claim too, which would mess up my assumption of all the 6 main Avengers in the movies being in here as town.

I bolded the confirmed alignments above.  I did verify with Mynd that he considers a symp aligned with the heroes although they are a threat to the heroes, so X is not one of the 4 anti-town on the train.  3 of them are confirmed.    TG was viewed as town by the confirmed (dead) cop, so I don't consider him a possibility.    We're looking at one anti-town among the rest of that train, barring recruitment shenanigans.

 

If you trust Tommy, then NotBob, Darthe and I are confirmed by him.  Regardless, both Tommy and NotBob cannot be mafia, so unless they're actually opposite-alignment lovers and not masons, we're looking at Nolder, Len or Key.  Nol has proven himself pretty well at this point.  Key has played a very town game, but my caution there is that it's much easier to look like a good scumhunting townie when there are multiple mafia teams, and we've only seen one of the Red Skulls die at this point.  Len is also a possible, although Hulk is a pretty good claim - Mynd may however have reserved one or more of the major characters for fake claims, since obviously he gave them.

Setup speculating... If Yates' info was correct, then the Crimson Cowl team had 3 members + a symp, so the Red Skulls in order to have a fighting chance must have at least two more members out there, and possibly a third or a recruit.  One of them is likely on the Darthe train, which means the other is among the 5 remaining alive who were not (and one of them is suspected Crimson Cowl, so... 4).

 

Mulling this over tonight, it's late and my brain is starting to misfire.

Requoting this so it doesn't get lost because I think this is absolutely key to solving the game. Looks like even if DT if lynched today and flips mafia and Rags flip mafia, the lynch should be between myself and Len tomorrow barring any extra information. I think Nolder has proved himself and 1 of 2 odds are better than 1 of 3.
