WAIT! I have HORRIBLE feelings from Cory. He's the one that pushed me that hardest on my Hallia read, and I'm getting ready to quote this next bit, but he picked up the ball and ran 100 yards for a TD with pushing I was scum after Verbal's case. Also, he tried to tie me incredibly tightly to Hallia (town) and BFG (likely scum) before getting any sort of flips. No me gusta. Not sure how much I like AJ agreeing with him so quickly, but I more get a townie vibe from AJ. Dice thought my posts were townie, but is weary and Lazy put me in a town lean. 

 

 

 

Hallia and Leelou actually fit as scum together pretty darn well

Her biggest points until then were her frustration with Des' casing (which is a towntell more than not, but shocker he's in NTS), a snipe or two @ RTE (who she is going after now, but placed null then despite the snipes coming beforehand)

I agree. If there's anyone who would be able to raise the red flag irt Leelou, it'd be him.

 

I could get behind it - still prefer the Hallia lynch though. Overall there's just a huge lack of logical explanation for her actions and her responses now are bordering AtE. Leelou voting her and now changing wagons would also fit with a scum/scum agenda of helping to dissipate the wagon toward EOD.

I think our super early style is extremely similar in theory, but very different in execution.  I've been thinking about this for a few days, actually.  It will cause us to butt heads a lot regardless of alignment.  This is always going to make me suspicious of you because I'll have a hard time reading you if you always open like this game (which I think you do).

 

I also admittedly put a sometimes unreasonable amount of weight behind a dead townies reads if I really agreed with them while they were alive based on the info available in the thread at that moment.  So I am largely suspicious of you still simply because I agreed so much with Clov.  That might be the wrong way to approach it, but YOLO.  ;-)

 

 

1 Cory "wrist slap" Curren, here to tell you all of your arguments are town-town

 

2 EOD1, Hal/Lee were big parts of the CFD that brewed on Pral. Lazy might be another townspew from that EOD. One of the reasons I like to keep the wagons close® and longer to EOD is because scum get put in pressure situations near deadline and have to act more towards their motives IE lynching a townie or moving away from a teammate rapidly. There would be a lot, but I'd reread for stuff when I got a scum flip. AJ can attest to my ability to spewread town, but nobody listened to me in TRW  

 

3. At this point I feel I'm pretty close to a concrete solve and A) I have decent chances of getting killed and if I don't B) I am going to run a table on the Mafia and then spend a great deal of time unnecessarily teabagging you over and over again, so YOLO ;-)

 

 

 

Though Des I think you were right irt to Leelou at the beginning of the game so maybe it'll be one-for-me one-for-you

I get a bit of a null feel from BFG (I love you outside of this still though, even if you are an archer), Hallia flipped town and I kinda leaning town on leelou. Can you self target like dice did? She also mentioned Cory, which I'll need to check later. But AJ changed opinion before and after Verb's 180.

 

The quotes are out of sequence, because I'm in a rush so got them by ISOing instead of searching the thread. But before Verbs 180 he had Leelou as mafia, and she was off the list afterwards.

Vos is kind of null for me atm - I don't think he's done anything extremely scummy but he is someone I'd be willing to revisit at a later point. Right now I really just think the scum team is playing UTR and letting the townies have an orgy of hate with each other.

This could be another time when my definition of a 'buzz' word is different to everyone else, but AJ says that the mafia team is playing under the radar, then proceeds to name a group of people, that with the exception of Tina has been 'on' everyone's radar since more or less the start of the game.

 

I also want to see if anyone changed and called me town after you cased me.

Verbal - we are on Day 2, believe it or not. I could see this coming from you D3 onward if I haven't done shit and I'm going to be really mad at you if you are scum and you are doing this to me when I just started a new job.

This clears Leelou, and for a very specific reason.  She won't use RL excuses to get fired up at me and talk about her new job in this way.  She knows better than most my stance on this stuff, so there is no way she's using it as a scum tactic.

 

Leelou is off the table for lynch and vig shot.  Thane, don't shoot her.

 

She's town, and she'll show it by coming more alive as the game goes on / she gets more time with her job.

 

 

FYI, this is how I read Leelou.  I either know for sure one way or the other, or I'm sorta kinda maybe sure.  When that happens, I pick the mostly likely (which I thought to be scum in this game) and wait for her retort.  This post was clear as crystal.

Before Hallia's flip and Leelou's response to me, I'd have said yes to all but Tina.  Now that means I only agree somewhat on BFG and Vos.  This is now a drastically different game.  I need to re-assess all my clears, because I think I'm wrong on more than one.

 

 

 

 

@Vos: a Vig is supposed to work with town in order to eliminate scum. I couldn't really ask anyone D1, and i made a poor choice, unfortunately. I am not SK, and scum knows that i'm vig by now. So, exposing myself was a risky move, and i doubt i'll see the end of N2. Might as well make the best of the remaining time and try to eliminate the bad guys with town.

 

They most certainly do not necessarily know that.  You could easily be SK, and to them it doesn't matter - they want you dead regardless.

 

 

 

I'm still only on page 30 in my reread, and I'm out for a few hours, so won't be posting much till tomorrow, although I'll reread the end of Day 2 and Night 2 later today and get thoughts out.

i tried to shoot Lazy, seeing i had the impression that more than one person would be ok to lynch him. He'd be out of the way, and we could've seen how he'd have flipped, and turn our attention elsewhere. Seeing i didn't get to shoot someone, i figure i was blocked.

 

I did not target Leelou, it's unfortunate she is gone. But that means for me that Verbal looks good.

There's also the chance that Thane's shot went through and hit some kind of protection - IE: BPV, which make sense for the scum team to have with a Vig present. Depending on the result that Dice gives, we can either pin down the RBer who visited Thane or lynch Lazy since the shot was blocked by some other means.

 

I think Leelou was killed because of her 'Verb is town' statement.

Yes, this is not town Cory. He had the same tone in the RG game which got me to him. He does a lot of "I am having a bad game", "I am not doing great" when he is scum whereas he will be more confident as a town. As an example in the Twilight game, even though he kind of messed up in D1, he had an aggressive conversation with Darthe while accepting that he read bad. That is the WIM town Cory while this is scum Cory.

 

Same with his emo play on D1, which as Verbal mentioned, seems to be a distraction for the town, in hindsight.

That was bad. Clov already pointed out how he says voting him is dumb but self-votes anyway. This was long before the deadline and then he goes,
