In other not relevant news at all, I just got out of another final. This one was also easy.

Tsuki: Nyn's analysis on him is good. She talked about him posting other places yet not here; he's mostly talked about how crazy we are; gave links for previous games he was in; after been asked for reads he says he has no clue; he then votes Dawthe for not having a good on him but he's slightly confident about him. She points out how he's posted in an advanced game so acting like he's over his head in this basic one doesn't make sense. 

I added that for reference. Since that post of her's he's come up with reads. He gave reads but had to be asked to and the thing about this basic game being over his head because it's active statement bother me. The unvote with that crazy reasoning looks bad. Him saying Amega is clearing for everyone else and leaving it at that seems like a bad reason for moving off a scum lean. Null to scum lean.

Seems to be pretty frustrating, having a flighty newb as your other head.

Moves Darthe up the list. Where is Zanube/Des at?

 

Now the only one's I'm looking at are a no-show/lurker, and Amega, who seems to be rolling clear for everyone else.

I Unvote Dawthe becuase of his blatant frustration. I do not feel scum would let himself come of that hostile and upset. If THAT is crazy reasoning, you should be sitting next to me on the couch. We can start with our childhood traumas.

The activity in the game does not bother me. The high amount of dust in the first three pages bothered me. Go check those games I've been in and linked. Show me one that started this way. Also, as I said, my last games were 9 months ago. So, yeah, was out of comfort zone for a sec. Whatever.

I never said I was moving OFF amega. I simply said he was clearing for others (kind of the way you still eyeball me). Simply because I haven't placed a vote for him does not mean I am off him.

 

Hard to read basel. he just got lynched for the same playstyle, and rolled town. Can anyone point me to an old game where he was scum?

As previously stated, want more from Zanube, or a straight replacement.

My reasoning on that Kaylee was mentioned earlier.  Does it not seem strange to you that Zan (with DES as a mentor)  is so quiet?  Des is normally one of the most vocal players there is.

Zanube just seems like a chronic inactive, Des can't do anything about that regardless of alignment.

Hallia, why do you think Scum!Zanube would be mostly inactive and Town!Zanube wouldn't?

I think Zanube's just inactive. Not just on the game, on the site in general. Isn't it like that in every game she's in? I think I've been in 2 games with her - 1 she was replaced because of inactivity, the other she was modkilled because of inactivity (although the's been slightly less inactive in this one)

 

Lynching Zanube would be pretty stupid, since based on how inactive she's been, it's impossible to get any sort of read on her.

I honestly don't have thoughts on anyone at this point. I haven't been able to get any reads in this game at all. I'm probably going to be way more active on the second day - that's how I usually am.

The two bolded statements look strange when put together.  Dawn makes a subtle defense of Zanube based on inactivity preventing a good read - valid enough, I suppose.  However, she then says she doesn't have ANY reads.  Several players have been VERY active so far.  She excuses this as being more focused on another game.  Again, plausible.

 

Overall though, I don't like it.  I still think Darthe has looked town, but the other head is nullscum.

 

 

 

 

 

Basel's wool sweater comment to Zanube felt incredibly conspicuous to me

So Tommy, you choose to totally let Zanube's godawful sheeping slide right by you?

Why the accusatory tone? I said conspicuous because it looks like damage control on your end.

I did the same thing in the last game when X was scumslipping all over the place. I tried to get out ahead of townies and bring up the things he had phrased poorly so they'd be weakened if someone else brought them up.

 

Wondering what Zanube's response will be. None so far.

I'm waiting for Darthe to call your catchup posts IIOA. There's almost nothing to them. Why are you perpetually behind in a game that isn't even long? Why are you just now reading people's posts "in depth" for the first time?

 

I don't know how you usually play as town, but consider me massively underwhelmed.

And this is the second time that you refer to me being behind. Are you making this up out of thin air? I said when began my reads that I would be ISOing people. I had fully read the thread then, and the only "catching up" I have had to do has been what occurs during my work shift. I know you're an experienced mafia player; do you seriously expect me to believe that you don't know the difference between reading the thread and isolating someone's posts?

 

Dude, do me a favor. Quote me where I said that I was halfway or one third behind. Or even anywhere where I said where I was behind. I may have replied to one or two posts as soon as I got to them rather than finishing the thread before making my posts. But I did complete reading the thread after that. For you to claim not just once but twice that I wasn't caught upon the game is flat out inaccurate, and it stinks of misrepresentation.

 

 

Basel looks good here, and Tommy looks worse.  Bold is a valid challenge IMO, and Tommy seems to be ignoring it.  Don't see any reason for him to be soft-defending Zanube, either, and seems to be ignoring that as well with his next couple posts. Red is just lolzy.  What incentive WOLD somebody have for being accusatory?  If I was Tommy, I would have called that question whyher-fryher.

 

I like Nommy as a candidate today.

His comeback is way over the top, IMO, but Darthe keeps swearing that's him as town for meta reasons and I feel like he's be saying that regardless of whether Darthe is town or scum.

I never said you "slipped".  I don't even think I've inferred it, unless your definition of a slip is vastly different than mine.  What I did point out previously is that both you and Nyn were townreading Hallia, who I'm reading as scum, for reasons that don't make sense.  Nyn's stance seems to mostly be a meta read, which I argued shouldn't apply in this game here.  (Hallia's later vote for Zanube didn't look any better to me...she just seems to be pushing people.
