Key looks bad to me. Tried too hard to case Darthe early day 1, overuses scum buzzwords like super defensive, and has gone somewhat underground lately. Easily see her as scum.

 

 

 

I didn't case Darthe.  I told him he wasn't helping things by how he was playing and he asked for proof of how he wasn't so I gave him an iso on why.  If you went back and reread, you should have easily seen that.  I can go back and quote the exchange for you if you'd like.

 

I don't think I've been 'underground'.  I'm posting when I can.

CS, no, it's not.  We don't get anything again until Thanksgiving.  Well, some of us might get Veteran's Day (Nov. 11) but most of won't get anything until the end of the month for Thanksgiving (Nov. 28 this year).

Leaning scum on Key, the Tress stuff (especially the meta read part sounds like a stretch + Tress flip), can't see why she moved to Mish on D2, the "justification" when moving on to Peace train.

 

Also, she reads me scum (she don't really say why), but she finds nothing to comment on in the last pages (and I been posting).

 

I did find her scumhunting and the Tress/Key exchange didn't feel off. That's why only 'leaning'.

BG's early play had me pin him as townish (mostly the Tress vote exchange with Darthe and some scumhinting felt natural and nice).

 

His vote moves seem reasonable and logical (found no discrepancy). Basically, he did what he was saying. Consistent.

 

He votes Tress on D3 and some of that explanation is a bit of a stretch now that I reread (made me read up Tress' posts and he's exaggerating how spammy she was. Then he got less active, apparently. I also find it strange why he has to stop hunting because Yates made some weird statements.

 

Still leaning town on him, but I could live with some more play.

Yea something caught my eyes there from Tress, something about Red not really commenting on her case. Gonna explore that avenue when I get there. A part of the story I missed back then.

Solid posts and voting from NB, but he didn't really come out and play yet. Null.

Yet to decide what I think about Tina's cases, wanna read those again once I'm fully caught up. I do like how she managed to read up and post her thoughts so fully. Somewhat envious really, my readups (least the first ones) seem to suck.

And I just remembered what else bugged me about Key, this Only quoting the relevant part here.

 

10. NotBob/Tina - Not enough for me to really get a feel.  Imo, probably VT because he doesn’t seem to be paying a lot of attention to the game.

Two problems.

1) Don't pay attention = why not scum? Why assume town.

2) Now which players view the game with eyes that look for who the VT's are?

Quick thoughts on the rest of ya (as it might take me a couple of more hours to get to the end of it).

 

@Mish - lots of questionable play, I'd be leaning scum on her (as I usually do), if not for dat role claim (which sounds quite solid)

 

@Pralaya - the little he added does sound alright, but he's mostly a black box on D4 (not sure that expression exists in english, basically, a total unknown)

@Despo - leaning town, I like his scumhunting and posts in general, even managed to read most of it. I find that his posts make a whole less of sense when he is scum, more fuzzy

@Krak - undecided, I'd like to hear more, especially on the RTE stuff

@RTE - slight scum lean, but mainly just promising to add more later then don't get aroudn to doing it, yea I know, pot and the kettle. wanna hear those reads

@Red - leaning scum now, some fishing and spinning didn't sit well with me... aware of the fact that she's a hard one to read

@Aj/GF - had a townish lean on AJ FWIW, GF's play is just plain confusing, dunno what to think

Scum:

 

BG - Really have had a bad gut feeling on him for a while now. Really not active enough and too good of a player to let that slide. Something is up. He hasn't sat well with me all game and got to go with him again.

Key - I feel Key is playing very clevely. Almost too cleverly. She's giving just enough input and responding with enough composure to slide by. Someone who does well at not standing out is more suspicious to me than those who do. And she's active enough that she cares.

Yates - Have an overall tough time reading Yates but at this point I have a scum lean on him. Another good player who's around but only as much as he needs to be.

 

No Read: 

 

Red - I  don't know what to do with Red's play. She's everywhere, on everyone, on everything. I wonder if Red even knows what her reads are or if they change with every WOT post she makes. I can try to read through them but don't often get the sense that there is any conclusion to them. At least not this game. 

Pral - Mr. MIA

GF - Erratic play. Not sure if noob (I mean new) or stoking the coals. Largely went quiet. Not sure what to think, never played together. Calling noob town play I think...

Des - No read either way. Can go either way on Des.

Tina - Tina is interesting. Comes in with probably the best posts of the whole game. Equal motivation to do that as scum and town. Won't get any answers about her today unless there's a slip or something.

I meant to go back through Tina's cases (which summarize well in addition to adding her thoughts) as they were particularly good but didn't have the time. I am happy with my vote on BG. Someone this good doesn't live this quiet for so long. If he is town, I would think he'd be dead by now as a NK would eliminate a strong town player from the game while giving out limited info. Unfortunately scum have been kicking our ass and too many people have claimed so here we are.

That no read particularly worries me as there are some big names on there and more importantly some very quiet players.

I just think the mafia's out there playing well enough they haven't been caught. If I were a worrying kind I'd worry they had a scheme going. Don't really feel like putting out reads when it's all so mushy.

I'm going to a whiskey expo in the ATL that will probably mean that I will be getting progressively more and more drunk as the night goes on, and that I'll have to post from my phone, which will really make things interesting.

Plus mafia must be almost coasting. No choice but to trust the cop at this point, probably, we're 12 after all. The double kill yesterday implied they aren't saving their shots any more.

 

Well, I think I'd guess the mafia would be happy and since almost anything would do for them, they'd just likely to quietly control things. Getting the town to unite so that we can say who's who with Mish's views would not be in their interest, so I think the people who've convisingle advocated Mish's plan should be town. I like to read actions in whether people's posts are likely to have the effect they claim. I'll look through people I think Townish.

The third is bad play because ie can affect another game. If this happens again it will be a mod kill.

So are CS and Tina for seriously helpful contributions, I refer to my previous reasoning.

 

I'd lean on town for Desp.

 

Not sure on RTE, Pral, Yates.

 

I lean on scum for Red.

 

Think scum on Krak, BG, Key.

 

 

I'll just keep it simple here, many of those are estimations on a number of posts, mainly whether I noticed a scummy vibe to their posts today or the opposite.

Mish, I don´t think people will show up with any reads. I´m sick and about to go to bed. It would be helpful if you give out that list since deadline is soon. I want to change my vote if it turns out that BG is town after all.
