I think most of my posts are logical and well structured. A lot of times I feel my points are better when referencing the post I'm talking about. But meh, to each their own.

You tend to overdo quotes smd I usually find your posts confusing. Not sure what else you're doing differently here, but it was refreshing to read something from you that didn't put me to sleep and wasn't s bother to read through either.

It's cuz it read like an essay instead of a laundry list :P Despo's posts are usually quite good, but he tends to overdo the quotes and some of his best points get lost in the combination of quotes and verbiage.

 

And I wasn't trying to strongarm Cindy. I know she hates it. I was trying to get her to see what I saw and that requires that I confront her a bit. Honeyed words are nice and all, but they only go so far.

it's difficult for me to believe you don't recognize that and use it to your own purpose, but I'll give you the benefit of the doubt there. cause I feel that "not hate, rage," as you put it, coming through the screen hard, and I've seen you go that way before. I don't think you can dial it back in the moment. we are what we are, nucleotides and all.

 

I'm more annoyed at your reaction after that flip than the strongarm business yesterday morning (and yes, you did try to strongarm me, as you do, it's there to reread if you care to; and when you switched your vote you switched to strongarming everyone else, ie "KILL IT WITH FIRE," etc.).

 

I didn't know how he'd flip, and from your reaction I'll assume for now that neither did you.

 

but I voted how I voted, I took the position I took, I'd take the same position again in the same circumstances, and I'll own that.

 

I'm not going to blame anyone else for how it shook out, though I wish it had gone differently. it didn't. I wish a few ppl had played their hands differently. they didn't. they play their game as they see fit, I play mine, and so be it. you want to blame me for my play, fine. you want to blame me for your own... meh, if that's your play, fine.

Des the Wombat thing I wasnt meaning to call it scummy, im pretty sure I actually agreed with him that moving around as your views change is a good thing to do. I just said that he moved it around abit to much for my taste. Wasnt FoSing anything.

 

Also yeah I prefer to be all the way caught up instead of just skipping to the last page and voting someone who has the top votes. That doesnt seem like good idea to me.

Yes that was truly my plan. Stall the lynch on RTE by not being around anywhere for very long. It couldnt have been that I just didnt have time yesterday, no it must be part of some nefarious plot. Atleast use something else ive said to add to that. I was pretty bad D1 and the fact that this is all you use to call me scum is weak.

Lazy? No. Just that replacing in here is my third game going. I skimmed through most of the stuff before my join but there is no way for me to get a good feel for that part of the game anyway. Just not the same when you aren't on the flow of it.

There were others who warrant this more imo. Such as Basel. who put off revealing and even posting for a good bit of that list. He would also have actual reasons for wanting it stalled.

That's not strongarming.  That's encouraging (or perhaps fomenting bloodlust would be more accurate).  Quite different.  Stongarming would be if I said "EVERYONE WHO DOESN'T VOTE RTE IS SCUMMY."

 

The closest I came to doing that is when I stated that your defense of Basel pinged slightly.  If I were trying to strongarm you there though, I wouldn't have noted that your behavior could have been entirely unrelated to your alignment.  I was trying to help you there by letting you know how your actions were coming across.  You're no doubt trying to do the same with me here and I'm grateful for that.  Anyways, I suspect I was letting my right brain dominate me a bit too much (story of my life lately) and my frustration started leaking into my posts.  I'm sorry about that.  Please don't take it personally.
