I also haven't played the game, so I only know that you have to pick one item, and drop the other (but here we just pick one). I would let Mish decide on this because she is a big fan of the KH games and probably knows whats going on :P I will go to bed.

I think our choice will affect the balance of the town power roles. the warrior can be seen as a Vig type role, the shield as a Doc or Jailor etc, and the mystic as an investigative ability? I don't know. I'm too tired for this right now, lol.
