And BTW, I read the whole scum qt, and I do agree with Wombat that your NA's weren't used that well early on. With so many outed town PR's (including the doc) AND a RB'er on your team that actually should have been much easier for yall.

I do think it was a little town heavy tho, there should prob not have been a Watcher in the game as well, or if there was then take out the Doc.

I do agree with what you said about the SK tho Peace, I'm not a fan of when its used for "balancing". Its too unreliable of a role to depend on for any kind of balance

Everyone else pretty much summed that up.

I have to say, I really enjoy how Chuckles is developing as a player.

FYI 6 mafia is a lot for a game this size, so this game wasn't nearly as town-heavy as some of you think. The 25% rule of thumb is pretty bad IMO. It only really works for very small games.

I would have removed the LD but beyond that, I think the setup was good.

And I don't care what Peace thinks of the swinginess introduced by an SK. It's a relatively common role and it usually hurts the town much more than the mafia.

I don't deny that...but SK is not a balancing tool in terms of the mafia team.  It may be one in terms of town perspective.  My whole point was that you use an SK as play disruptor not as a method of balancing the game.

You are just making things up to suit your argument.  Having more town roles than there are mafia is weighted too heavily on the town side.  If I ran this set up there would be no town role blocker and either not vig or lose one of the investigators.

If you look at what happened in the game, the scum team got pigeon holed.  None of our lynches came as a result of the play that happened on the forum.  It was all a result of investigations and blocks.   There was no way out.  There should always be a way out.  Over half the town had a role so in effect once they claimed, half the town was unlynchable which meant the pool that scum swam is was very small.

There were one or two bad decisions on who to NK but we were doomed from the death of Kaylee unless something amazing happened

I think there was a chance we culd of won it but it was slim

The town RB and Tracker were the two roles that got us

We had ways around the other two investigative roles but not those
