No just absurdly busy. It was a horrible idea to schedule 3 mafia games during testing time.

from what I remember up till post 294 or so... srsly, you just got saved too many words... and I'll be wrong about stuff cause I'm not going back to the first post to check every damn one but anyway

 

rte has been super-aggressive all game, not sure if trying on a new look or just... unsubtle. prodded that tiink train from the start. appeared to have some help but I do need to look back cause I'm not clear on who I tagged assisting right up front.

 

dap went at RTE post for post from the start, supported strongly by peace. and he's been bickering with him ever since. I know, it's hard to resist.

 

chuckles, either not paying attention to the game or deliberately misrepresenting some stuff (csarmi really never came close to saying policy lynch all vanillas), and later you pushed csarmi into stiffening up his soft claim... he agreed with you he preferred a good hard claim any day but... yeah, that whole exchange was weird.

 

vam miraculously appears when called out for inactivity... odd, but on reread, though he voted tiink, 6th on the train, by post 294 or wherever his vote still hadn't been counted.

 

rhea voted tiink sort of basing it on the possibility that darthe had gotten some punishment which provoked his vanilla claim, and though the mod clarified that he hadn't, restated a couple times she was still voting him and made sure it got counted.

 

and I see a bunch of replies have piled on while I've been babbling and I have a headache and an aggravation and a dumb so I'll shut up and read them now.

not even talking about the votes, I could quote you a few dozen pokes at tiink from early on, you got that train going, maybe genuinely believing what you were saying but...

 

most of us jumped in there but you and... one or two others right after you... started going for his hamstrings. seemed different from how I've seen you play.

RTE is definitely playing with a different style.  I've even tussled with him because it looks very scummy.  I've even gone back over all of his posts.  I'm changing my mind on my initial thoughts...he's playing an aggressive style without fear.  That's not a very good scum tactic.  So, I don't think he is scum.

 

He is exaggerating a lot, provoking people and making misrepresentations all over the place.  His form of beating the brush looking for snakes maybe?

 

I don't think much of it has been terrible productive though.  Maybe later in the some of these interactions will bare fruit.

I have been reading through this thread and trying to decide which way I should go for my first vote here on Day 1, now that I am home from first my short vacation with my wife, and second,... my weekend drill with the Army National Guard.

 

I see that there are two competing trains. There are currently 3 votes against dapianoplay3r. Also, there are currently 5 votes against Tiinker. For me, I don't like all of the fence sitting, what some might call "being wishy-washy" by Tiinker. That strikes me as being scummy. Therefore, at this time, I am now placing my vote.

Via's vote on me was never counted either before the day phase restarted. I find it interesting that neither of them mentioned it -I always check vote counts to be sure my vote was noted correctly, personally. I also find it interesting that when the day phase restarted, Via went a completely different direction with her vote.
