Ok, on rereading this morning there seems to be an arguement about Darthe's play style, which expands beyond this game. I do think Darthe's failure to unvote time first looks careless, but I thought that his vote on Time in the first place was careless, and that was apparently the plan, so at least it shows consistency!

 

I'm glad that Csarmi has stopped posting about Cloudflare and started posting about the game, but don't understand the reason for his vote on peace. Peace was just saying that he believes Darthe is too experienced to have forgotten to unvote! And he used the exact same words as Csarmi did!

 

If you were trying to stir to get reactions you should have used different phrasing, it's no good using false cases that just don't hold up by simply looking up the page a couple of posts. To the point that I've wandered if it was worthwhile actually posting about this.

 

I've also noticed that Vambram has been back, but still not posting any thing game related that he said he would.

Hello. Well what should I be posting about when 20% of the time I simply can't login and another half of it posting just don't work (the textboxes don't show up properly and clicking on them doesn't help). This morning I wanted to make a reply and spent 20 minutes trying to post every way I could imagine and none of it worked. In the end I was late for work and couldn't post.

 

Peace said that I "But accusing Darthe of not paying attention is wrong". I never did that, that's an outright lie.

 

Which is something I really do hate and NEVER will tolerate no matter what.

 

If neither of you understand a simple conditional, it's not my fault that you can't read.

1) Calling people stupid is gonna gain you any friends here. 

 

2) If you can't handle lies...mafia isn't for you. The whole game is based on lies.  Get over it.

 

3)  I never lied.  One of your two options was Darthe not paying attention.  Please explain where I lied.

it wasn't intended as fence-sitting, i am pointing out both of the possibilities that i see and my opinions on both of them... and I did say that he needed prodding and that I agree with Via about that...

not a read... and my feelings were that while I understood her wanting to prod Vam, I think that because of Day 1, it was a bit too quick to do that... however, I do agree with her that Vam needed to be prodded, and now that the game's been going on for a while, he should start showing up more, and I do find him slightly scummy at this point...

Obviously, we are still in Day 1 of this game.  I have read the posts and done my best to figure out who is Town and who is Scum. There is still plenty of time before this coming Monday night before we have to lynch anyone. But there is one player whose posts have been pinging my scumdar the most so far, and that person is Darthe. I know that Darthe has been very active, but that is relatively normal for him in Mafia games from what I have been able to see with my experience which is limited as compared to the veterans of Mafia. I think that Darthe is scum trying to make himself appear to be Town.

csarmi, mafia is a game of lies and deceit, if you're gonna go emo everytime someone suggests you said anything other than what you did, you're gonna spend an awfuly lot of the game being pissed off. Vambram's vote does not. It seems you're saying you're voting for Darthe because he's been active so is scum tring to hide as active town. But you also say that from your experience of playing Mafia with Darthe heis normally active, so I don't see any reason why that should draw your vote then.

Looking together at the sum of all of the posts previously in this game, I am reading a good casing by the several players showing why they believe Darthe is scum. Darthe came out relatively aggressive on Day 1 with a vote against Time which he continued to defend against the questions of others for at least two or three real life days. Yes, I know that Darthe has recently unvoted and has now chosen peacesells to be his target for the lynch. But I think this was done after Darthe finally realized that his vote against Time was drawing more heat upon him than what he had anticipated. Therefore, I think that Darthe is scum and is attempting to redirect attention from one Town member to another while at the same time making it appear that he is scum-hunting. On the contrary, I think that Darthe is scum but, in typical mafia fashion, wants to look like he is Town. Darthe is too active of a player to be a lurker scum, so instead I think that he has gone in the opposite direction.
