Sorry sorry sorry! Was paying so much attention to quotes I forgot people's names!

A little misspelling here and there shouldn't matter. :)

It took me several days to figure out who Via was btw :)

Posted

In the WT it will matter, since there is another user called Mirsh ;) -------- Doing reread right now with notes, at page 11.

This will have to be several smaller posts because DM doesn't allow me to post my big one... "Ok done with my re-read. This post is gonna be messy because like earlier mentioned, I have no linebreaks. So it's all gonna be one, big paragraph... I'll be putting ** between where there would normally be a linebreak. This is my summary of the game so far: ***

D1: First thing worth noting is of course Darthe's vote on Time. Kay says she follows his logic but points out that Time is offline until the 27th. Halfway to page 2 and Kay thinks Darthe's logic is sound... Vam starts out early with discrediting Darthe, hidden as a joke. Kay changes her earlier statement to agreeing that scum tend to lay low and not stand out (sorta like Kay's play in other words). Then asks Player a question, and a post later says she can give reasons if anyones interessted. Via's curious how others will judge a new person like her without a meta (fishing for how to not be noticed?). Basel defends Time and Hallia not being there. Reads Darthe as town trying to set a trap. Via points out Darthe's faulty logic. Darthe places her as town for now. Via starts off voting Vam, based on him checking in, appearing after Darthe's time vote, and then hasn't been around. Vam suddenly shows up again. Kay promises to come back with thoughts. Time makes a post that doesn't really say anything. Basel votes Time for "a bit of fencesitting". Kay prods Vam for thoughts. Kay quotes a post from players that's over a day old (she's been online in the meantime) saying that mafia ususally is less vocal. Via pokes at Vam again. Time also finds Vam sort of scummy. Via thinks Time makes sense. Via pokes at Vam saying his vote doesn't make sense. Via points out that Basel either chats, defends Darthe or Ds vote on Time. She doesn't mention the same suspiousness about me, even though I've basically done the same. I point out Via's catch, to see if she connects the same conclusion to me. Time prods Csarmi, saying if it isn't his first name he should know what to expect and how to cope. Time votes csarmi #245. Basel votes csarmi. Kay is catching up again. Via is happy with her vote on Vam. Kay points out Vam's post. Time unvotes csarmi after his Doc claim. Hallia subtly casts doubt on casrmi's claim. Cue the claiming-disaster. Dap does his player by player casing, #322 his conclusion is that Kay is most probably scum, also slight scum read on me and Basel. Basel goes back to voting Time. Hallia unvotes Vam and says she thought his unvote said vote. Via says she's susp of anyone not giving their opinion. Time votes Vam. Kay votes Vam. Player thinks he needs to revise hist list due to Kay's actions. Kay thinks that's a nice way to end D1.

D2: Via wonders if Dap got a bit close to someone in his casing-post (subtly saying she thinks Kay, me or Basel is scum without having to say it outright). Time says we have to go through and look at Dap's list. Hallia agrees with Via. Hallia is susp of Kay, and defends her unvote with not wanting to leave Vam at L-1 in case he was town (none of wich she mentions when she did the unvoting). Kay says she'll do a recap of everyone later. Basel votes Hally, for her unvoting Vam. Via seems very informed considering she's only read one game earlier and a bit on the wiki. Hallia thinks one scum voted Vam, one didn't. Via cases me, thinks town. Hallia cases Basel, leans a bit on Dap's list of suspects, votes him. ** Going through, I get the distinct feeling that Hallia or Time is mafia, with Kay or Basel as the other mafia team member. Helpful, I know  Via has said some things that feel to knowledgable and made me wary, but I'm leaning town because she was the first to vote Vam, and never seemed to think about changing her vote. Putting a vote on a fellow mafia member on D1 for some distancing is normal, but if she was mafia I think she would have tried to find a reason to unvote and derail his lynch later. Sort like what Hallia did.

Basel and Hallia; he's defended Darthe enough that it could seem like trying for towncred. He defended both Hallia and Time when it was pointed out they were missing (we all know they had valid reasons to be gone, but I still think it's something to note as a part of a bigger picture). He votes Time for fencesitting, although he's sitting quite heavily on that fence himself, and goes back to voting Time when deadline is nearing, even though it's clear Vam is the biggest train leader and the most scummy acting. (Basel had a vote inbetween on Csarmi when he picked up a bit of heat). Hallia said she thought one mafia would be on Vam's train, one off; neither Basel or Hallia was on the train, so nice way of setting up that town wouldn't look at both of them. Today Hallia cases and votes Basel, possibly for distancing. The case didn't really feel heartfelt to me when first reading through, and now seems even more false. I think she was hoping to gain some towncred. Hallia also very, very sublty cast some doubt on csarmi's claim.

**

Kay; what's been pointed out about her earlier, but I'll recap: Some odd posts at the beginning, has promised several times to come with thoughts, but never gives them. Fence-sitting, never really giving any real opinion about other players. Time: Fencesitting, giving very few straight opinions, calls Vam suspicious at a point in D1 but doesn't cast a vote until latest possible moment (putting him at L-1). She prodded at csarmi and voted him, being one of the players who forced him to claim. There's not direct any interaction between Kay and Time that I can remember ------ In conclusion, these four are the ones I think we should look at. There's a lot of ties between Basel, Hallia and Time, and disturbngly little interaction between Kaylee and anyone. I have no reason to doubt csarmi's claim, I feel like Via is town, and of course I'm town, although you gotta take my word on that

I'm also gonna do something I rarely would do. I'm gonna ask the cop to come forward, IF, and only if, you viewed anyone else than Dap during the night. Why? Because right now we're 7 players. If we don't lynch mafia today, and a townie dies during the night, that leaves us with 5 players tomorrow, 2 of wich are mafia. If the cop comes forward with a town reading on someone, we have 2 more or less confirmed town + csarmi. That means that the odds of hitting mafia is way bigger, and leaves us in a better situation tomorrow. If we lynch a townie today, and if mafia takes out either csarmi, the cop or the person the cop has gotten a town read on during the night, we're still left with 2 confirmed townies tomorrow, meaning there's only 3 unknowns wich of 2 probably are mafia, giving town a much better standing. But I say it again: If you're cop and you viewed Dap during the night, do not come forward, it's no use then.

okay, so i'm going to be looking at Player's list because he's normally pretty good at scum hunting and at least it's something to go off of... color key: dead town, dead mafia, town claim, who i think is town, unsure, and who i think is mafia...

1. Via- i am getting a town read from her as well, and she has some pretty good points

2. Basel- i find it very odd and pingy that soon after i voted for csarmi, he comes and votes for him as well without saying anything really new... then when it was obvious that Vam would more than likely be the best candidate for a lynch and flipping mafia, he goes after me rather than going for the scummier person... i'm betting mafia here

3. Hallia- the whole thing with Vam and unvoting has me suspicious of her... she said she was going to be around all day, and while i understand that she didn't want mafia to hammer, the deadline was getting closer and closer, and he was looking scummy enough to warrant a lynch... i'm getting a scummy feel from her because of what occurred here..

4. Vambram, Hermione, mafia goon, lynched D1

5. Csarmi- claimed Doc, so I'm saying he's town unless proven otherwise

6. Darthe, Belgarion, vanilla town, modkilled D1

7. Time- me

8. Mish- like with Via, she has good points and logic... not really a lot to suggest that she would be mafia

9. Player, Neo, vanilla town, nk´d N1

10. Peace, Aang, vanilla town, modkilled D1

11. Kaylee- Player voted for and was pretty suspicious of her, and I have to say that she's not really been interacting with anybody or really given any views on people and because of this both Mish and Player have found her scummy looking, and I have to agree with them that she is looking slightly scummy, but she hasn't been around too much or interacted with people to get a definite feel...

As far as people finding me scummy, can't really defend against that. The points they made I can comment on. My computer hasn't been working so I'm stuck using my phone. I didn't reply to Player right away because I don't see the need to comment on every thing that people point out about me.

Mish I feel is town: she seems to be actively scum hunting and add to that the cautious play this phase. Scum prefer to get a townie lynched and being cautious makes that harder.

Csarmi: UnCC'd doc

Looking back at the rest of the players to get a better feel.

Via: getting a town vibe. Making good points and nothing really standing out to me about her.

Posted

Time: the fence sitting that's been pointed out & not many cases. (I know I haven't either which is why I'm taking the time to now). Definitely suspicious of her. (Meta is she's really cautious with her play as mafia).

Posted

Time: nice parroting on your Hally case btw.

Hally: unsure of. I can see the points made against her for the voting (Waiting to hammer/unvoting). She seems to be handling the pressure ok for it though. Then there's going after Basel who is voting her. (Although she makes decent points against him, she first cases the one voting her. Typically seen as OMGUS).

Ok to comment: I haven't given opinions before now because, as pointed out, I and my baby have been sick. That and this is the time of day I can get online. As far as Darthe's posts and my comment on the logic, that'll have to wait till I can get on a computer and multiple quote. (I'll do it in the night phase if need be.)

Basel: very suspicious of him. He's been really quiet and hasn't made as much game related posts. This in itself stands out to me because it's really off his meta. Mish also made some good points against him.

Ok, that's all I have time for today, off to bed for me.
