[SG Faire: General Thread] DM Music Video

Hello one and all

 

For those who dont know me Im
Dap or Piano, the Artists guild leader, and for part of this years
social Faire I would like to make a DM inspired video

For this I was thinking of trying to do one of those cool lip sync cover videos and a kind of thank you DM video

Both of these are still up for discussion and editing.

 

So what I need from you, the DMers

* First and foremost we need to chose a song to cover (example;

 

post some ideas in this thread and the song that seems to have the most interest by the time the fair starts will be our song

 

*Next I need you to go out and film yourselves, singing, dancing, making general fools of yourself (dressing up is encouraged), or video something else entirely. Its up to you :)

 

Once you have the video you can get it to me for editing by 1 of 3 ways

-Mega, the file sharing site.

- Youtube. If you upload it and PM me the link i can get it from there

-Drop box. If you have it ill give you my account and you can share they video with me through there

 

*For the other video I thought it would be nice to just have a bunch of
short thank yous for Jason and DM. Since AMOL is out it would be good to
say how we found DM, why we stay, why DM is awesome.

 

So yea thats my plan. The post below will be a list of songs that people have been suggesting

 

Feel free to ask me questions or for help with posting videos. Quality doesnt bother me, so use your webcams and phones!

 

If we can pull this off it would be pretty dam cool

 

Ill keep this thread open after the faire ends if need be but Id really like to know if this would actually work. Im sure it can and I look forward to seeing everyones ideas
