I missed this entire day, it was my final day of finals and I have just recently gotten home.

 

Mish, transparency with the town is never a bad thing.

 

I am Elrond Halfelven, town masonizer.

 

I had the vast misfortune to lose two of my three teammates in one night and the third has yet to even check in (please do so, you're active). I recognize that this looks bad but it doesn't make sense to do as mafia. I was trying to draw power roles together and Turin himself said BG was a good pick.

 

I hope this info helps some, come morning I intend to start really casing like I was before my first death. I am finally free of freaking school.

It is Darthe. But Turin said neighbourizer to me and that's the word he's been constantly using.

Yes. First; being caught in a "lie", no matter how small, should always be taken note of.

 

Second, Masons, and under that Masonizer, is almost always town as far as I understand. And you start out with two (like me and Turin). Not all Masons have recruitable abilities. Neighourizer is a recruiter; and is as likely to be mafia or town. In this game where we have me and Turin that are masonizers, then for town to have another masonizer is highly unlikely. Especially since me and Turin was so limited in who we could recruit, and Darthe doesn't seem to have any limitations at all. So for him to try to paint his role as something else could be him being mafia trying to paint his role as town.

 

Eh, I hope that made sense. Not much sleep last night so my mind is a bit fuzzy :P

I know I have limitations because the three recruits I have tried to get so far, have failed. My role PM states that there are only certain people I can recruit. From the people Darthe has recruited it doesn't seem that he has limitations like I do.

 

 

I can't say that mason is 100% town always, because I haven't played enough to know that. I think mods can set up mason pairs where one is town and one is mafia to confuse. All I know is that me and Turin both are town. And it's more usual for neighbours to be mixed as far as I know. More experienced players probably know this better than me.

I am now going to take this moment to gripe about autocorrect. I HATE IT. Freaking autocorrect always tells my girlfriend that I am at lynch instead of lunch, that I play scum instead of drums, and that my favorite thing to do is Apparently lie instead of play. Autocorrect, you bastard. Seriously wish I had decent WiFi over here.

 

But yes, to alleviate my idiotic confusion once more, I am a town neighborizer and due to the strength and risk of my role I invite any and all actions.

Im not getting it Darthe   what does this mean?

It means that if anyone wants to roleblock me, LD me, cop me, masonize me, or if you all want to choose someone for me to use my ability on etc I am amiable to it. Their is no point in the role if I reveal the two living individuals who I have neighborized but for the one shot I have remaining I could use it to at least confirm my ability.

Darthe, I don't know if I understand the point of your role, maybe you can explain.

 

If you neighborize people, they get their own QT.  Is that correct?  But they may be mafia and they may be town.  So how then does this help town?  It seems like it would only give mafia more information and more power if a mafia was neighborized.  Unless it is the case that mafia cannot be neighborized.

It helps town by sharing characters and roles without the whole game knowing; townies know who other townies are and it helps that group narrow the field. And if a mafia comes into the group (and don't have a legitimate false claim), then those people know and one of them can out the mafia.

Of course, if they share their roles in the QT and one of the members is mafia, the rest of the mafia then will know that person's role and can mess with them or eliminate them accordingly.

 

I personally don't think it's a coincidence that BG was neighborized the night before he died.
