Ok, sorry about the quick post at work. Couldn't really explain my thoughts while trying to be fast about it.

 

So, if you were tortured, and not killed, but Kate was tortured and then killed immediately, I'm thinking you might be Javier Town.

If, I am assuming it was the Javier Mafia, tortured you, they'd have a good reason for not killing you. Why waste a kill on a Townie when they can try aiming for scum.

My point is that Ape is so sure I'm mafia but I was tortured, not kidnapped, but left alive. Kate who we now know is mafia was tortured last night, then kidnapped and killed the today. Torturer doesn't seem like a townie role, so if the javier mafia found I was fatima mafia i would be dead just like kate.

The only case on Shinori is that Despo a kidnapper, died after kidnapping him so Ape supposes he's a mirror.

 

Considering we essentially have mod confirmation that there is a mirror (or mirrors) in this game. I think it is a fair assumption to make, given the scene. Really boils down to whether Shinori is Javier or Fatima, a wifom we can and should safely remove from the game now.

 

What I really think is going on here is that day started and Shinori got 3 rapid, unexplained votes. Now you appear to be 1.) stalling his lynch and 2.) role fishing for someone to reveal their role and premise for those 3 quick votes.

 

I'm quite okay with lynching YOU or Shinori today.

 

Also, your "I got tortured and not kidnapped" point is moot. You could be Fatima have been tortured by Fatima.

Well, that was a very expected response. JLM, I see a couple things wrong with what you're saying. What if the torture someone and find out well, everything about them? You could be something they don't need to worry about, or you could could be town and that is why.

I think maybe you ARE mafia. You seem to be finding just the right answers. And actigI like you not beindknowing kidnapped means you're town and only town. And it is more likely, imo, that they were just content to let you sit.

What does this sentence even mean?

 

There are countless scenarios regarding you being targeted by a torturer, and the one you are hedging your bets on is a HUGE conclusion to jump to. The fact that you are pushing is so hard, without consideration of other scenarios makes me think you are absolutely trying to leverage a circumstanc we've seen in the game to your advantage. To get us to draw a false conclusion that protects you.

I think there are four main things that could have happened here.

 

Torturer is on a different team on JLM but has other targets first.

Torturer is on a different team on JLM but wants to WIFOM it and then use that WIFOM in some obscure way.

Torturer is on a different team on JLM but found out her role was something that they don't want to kill, possibilities: BPV, miller, bomb, mirror, vengeful

Torturer is on the same team as JLM, obviously do not want to kill her.

Which is why it's more relevant to lynch Shinori first. But JLM is hitting us with half-assed logic and drawing attention towards herself.

I am currently severely doubting your being part of Team Javier. The longer it takes for you to provide the information the more it looks like you were discussing with your teammates if you will put any of them on the list.

 

 

JLM, why are you defending Shinori so much? If you are town then you have no idea if Shinori is town or Mafia. If you think the people pushing the lynch are mafia then case them and vote them. Otherwise you just look like you are on the mafia team.

Good grief you're right that sentence was awful. I would blame something but I have no excuses. Let's try that again. The torturer can communicate with the kidnapper that means they are mafia.

It was too much. You reaction to today's events are confirming you are most likely mafia. Even if you are in fact a hider that is a mark against you being town imo. I think if you look at the town roles you would have seen that hider just doesn't fit with the rest of them.
