Swiftly, silently, the man removed the lock from the cage. His next fluid motion was a flick of his razor sharp blade over the knot that held the sack closed. Without pausing, he moved through the door, fastening it behind him, and marched up the steps to watch the coming spectacle from above.

 

At first, nothing happened. The snake lay in coils at the bottom of the pit, already used to the unyielding metal bars above it.

 

But then a hand emerged from the sack, and then another, and out crawled Verbal.

 

The lump on his head throbbed, and his thoughts were still fuzzy. He did not recognize where he was. As the room came into focus, he called out... "Can anybody hear me?"

 

That was his first mistake.

 

Protective skin peeled back form the snake's eyes...interest beginning to spark to life in it's primitive brain. It had not eaten in a very long time...

 

As no one answered, Verbal took to calling out more loudly, banging on the door. The first threads of panic weaved into his voice now, washing over the snake's brain like an aphrodisiac...

 

The banging grew more forceful, his voice increasing in pitch, and the realization that he had been kidnapped and was now trapped gripped him in full. He had yet noticed the circular grid of bars across the floor, or the fact that it was missing a lock.

 

"Somebody! Anybody! I NEED HELP!"

 

When his call was finally answered, it was not fomr outside of the room as he would have hoped.

 

The cage door flung open as the giant snake burst upward, realization that it was freed and that prey was within reach lighting fires behind its golden eyes.

 

Verbal's mouth moved silently, shock stealing anything he wanted to say...

 

And the head shot forward, it's maw taking the majority of his shoulder and clamping down, dragging Verbal into a heap on the floor, and then coiling itself around him like a child squeezes a piece of fruit.

 

Verbal did not speak then, only the whistle of air being squeezed from his lungs and bones snapping filled the room. The pressure built quickly and savagely, blood popping from raised veins like tiny geysers. His right eye popped form it's socket, quickly followed by his left, and only by chance was his skull able to contain his brain as too much blood filled his skull and burst the grey matter into mush.

 

His body spasmed for a little while. When it was still, the snake started at his head, unhinging it's jaws so that it could fit it's entire mouth over the body. It would take over 14 hours before it finally closed it's mouth over Verbal's feet.

 

Deeply satisfied, the Kidnapper left the snake to its meal, idly wondering which of the pets should feed next.

 

VERBAL, TOWN FATIMA and SHADOW, HAS BEEN EATEN BY AN ANACONDA, AND IS QUITE DEAD.

Quick thoughts before a hammer.

 

JLM is giving a very weak reason for voting me. She is really trying to not take a stand here.

 

Christine is most likely 3rd party. She obviously doesn't get the team theme here so her role PM is very suspect.

 

Jumping to conclusions. Maybe Christine is playing dumb to create wifom about which team she's on? JLM too. Heck I've voted and unvoted a bunch for that very reason, I don't this this should come as any surprise.

But those from Thread 2 who refuse to vote him are looking more like Javier scum to me.

I have no idea whether Peace is Javier scum or not.

 

But I am very certain EP is Javier town, and therefore, he goes.

Also - what does everyone think about the double-voter? It's obvious we have one...but it goes either way as far as alignment.

I was going to say the scene and Peesmells reaction to it. It was modfail though.

EP picked the middle of the day to call Peace out...

 

"HEY! I"M TALKING TO YOU!"

 

Everybody heard him, and all watched as the circle formed and the two squared off.

 

Both men exhibited unique fighting styles.

 

EP jumped up and down, lunging and making odd noises.

 

Peace spoke quickly, making points and arguments that other's found difficult to follow.

 

Both men kept it up until they were nearly tied with votes.

 

When news of Verbal's death made it's way through the crowd, and people realized that the vote count was now 15, all eyes turned to Peace. His time had come.

 

PEACESELLS, TOWN FATIMA and TRACKER, HAS LOST THE GLADIATOR CHALLENGE AND HAS BEEN LYNCHED.

 

EP did a quick victory shuffle and then moonwalked out of the makeshift ring.

John, Alanna, and I were voting EP at one point. I'm obviously not the only one who thinks he may be famita scum and yet I am the only one you ever choose to mention Tiink. If I didn't think outside the box, consider other options, I wouldn't be worth much. Obviously a lot of people thought peace was our mafia so why would I want to help the other team? It makes it easy for you to say this in retrospect as is quite fishy.

I know it is a bit late to be asking but why Turin? I mean yeah, I can see how EP is probably town from what you all are saying but why does that mean he isn't? The reasoning here bugs me. unvote vote cosmicpanda for that weak bandwagon above.

 

After a pretty clear claim.
