If I'm getting an odd feeling about someone, I state my thoughts, cause you know, it's mafia (Hence-->we should scumhunt ). Panda then responded, and I decided to investigate the matter a bit more, and after seeing that he DID admonish the spammers, the matter looks a little less peculiar to me. That doesn't mean his lurking is excused tho, he should still try to offer his thoughts and perspective when possible and when appropriate.

Personally, I would have rather had him protect Ithi every night because that role is far more important. However, that suspicion was cast on him simply for protecting me in incredibly narrowminded and not scum-hunting. Its grudging, which is petty and scummy.

The reason I had protected Darthe over Ithi on N2 was because I went off of my hunch that Rand, Darthe, and Peace were telling the truth about their roles and that they were able to check people to see whether they were the characters that they could counter. I had debated between Ithi, Rand, and Darthe before sending my action in because they all had a similar reason for me to protect them - investigative aspects to their roles.

I found that vote exchange at the beginning of the game interesting not so much because of your vote but because of Maw's. You managed to find scum unerringly with your first vote, and then he felt safe omgusing you. Perhaps it's a coincidence, or perhaps it's the fact that you both knew it was risk free.

 

Secondly, Red's supposed crapspam does not make her scum. She hadn't even posted much at the beginning of the game, so you were hardly calling her out on her spam. Your post can be read as a simple 'get on with posting actual stuff', but in combination with the way you hassled Alanna for apparently claiming scum (post 84), it adds up to a pattern of behaviour at the beginning of the game in which you picked at little things to try and make people look bad.

 

I'm more convinced of your scumminess, now. That's an aggressive response, not a reasonable one. The fact that you invented a fallacious defense of your attack on Red (that you're calling her out on spamming 'the whole time' when the post was at the beginning of the game) is quite funny. You're desperate.

 

About your vote patterns, I have you down as voting for Maw, EP, and Maw/Jack. I explain this as bussing. I don't think I said they were 'scummily inconsistent'. If your actual posting had been different, I would be impressed by your play.

lol desperate and aggressive eh? That is quite a bit that you have placed on me. Truly, my responses are well stated, capitalized for emphasis, and hunt scum. I find it beyond fascinating that you pop up the instant Red doesn't attempt to poorly defend herself anymore. Man, I am glad they left me alive today, my flip will give the town so much.

 

On a related note, though the town should be more logical they are in fact never so. They care about their inputs more because they are unaware of the outcomes and their life is more frail. They also tend to care about their lives less. Scum, on the other hand, have to fake their resolve and input because they already know the end result. Ask yourself, which are you voting for?

Now that that is past and I have defended myself and responded to you, let us break down this post.

 

1. You Don't bus your entire team, and you are certainly never the first to call them out then stick with it. It is highly likely that without my push Maw could have been forgotten, or as Jack he could have wiggled out of it. Almost certain if I had dropped it. Did you forget that near deadline he had almost no votes and yet I continued? Even as the only player left. Bussing is one thing, D1 dogging your godfather directly into their grave is as effing town as you get. The people that push that point are either deficient or scum trying to push my case however they can.

 

2. Did you seriously call me out for the actions of CONFIRMED SCUM?

 

3. Yes, how dare I scum hunt and how dare I call out suspect players like... everyone else? Are you actually trying to argue against me or for me with this point? Oh, wait, you're trying to discredit me without much to go on besides an aggressive playstyle and high tendency to be right. Good call.
