I will vote EP. He's acting very defensive, and he seemed to agree with my post about not lynching Mynd just for lying (at least, I take that was what he meant by posting ^ this after my post), which was weird, because he was one of the ones insisting we auto-lynch Mynd for lying. I kind of felt like he was just trying to latch onto me since I targeted something Basel said and not EP himself.

I am not sure if he is a better lynch than Mynd though.

 

I definitely do not agree with the Basel lynch though. I dont really see the case agaisnt him.

well let's put it this way as I have already stated either me or basel is mafia (pretty obvious at this point) as I know i am town it leaves me to believe basel is mafia however if I'm wrong but you lynch basel today then I die tomorrow, if I am lynched today I flip town and basel takes all the heat tomorrow (notice Mynd is not voting me and me being town I tend to believe he might just be town trying to save his own arse day one not impossible very slick imo if it's correct but I could be wrong as I still think the being caught lieing looks really really bad) if I am correct I am pretty sure I am dieing tonight if I am not lynched (unless I use my bus role which is still an option if I do I will state who I targeted in the morning) I really don't have a upside at this point so I'm screwed either way but with a basel lynch today we could possibly get a read on wombat and Mynd as we still have the assumption that Lily is confirmed town that is 3 answers for 1 lynch I am willing to take the fall tomorrow if I am wrong but there should be no reason at this point for both me and basel to still be dead locked lynch one of us and move on this is rediculous.

Lil, I don't see how you could think this was the least bit scummy. Are you telling me that you don't find it odd that a bus driver would announce to everyone who he was using his power on? Mynd made it know that he was switching himself and Pandy, so that the whole thread knew that if they wanted to target Mynd with anything, all they had to do was target Pandy. This kind of makes his power totally pointless, since a bus driver's power doesn't strike me as the sort of thing that is all that effective if it isn't used in secret. It seemed like the only reasonable explanation was that Mynd was laying down some kind of WIFOM, and possibly lying about who he really did use his power on, so that anyone wanting to target Mynd would aim for Pandy, and actually get someone else while thinking the results come from Mynd. If you think this is the mark of scum, then you so completely lost me that I need a map.

 

He was creating a WIFOM, Basel, but it's odd that you assume that is bad for the town. If he is town, then he is creating a WIFOM for scum. It's a good tactic.

 

All this business about Mynd lying automatically making him scum is ridiculous. I don't like that take. And it's not that Mynd is allowed to lie and no one else is - townies lie sometimes, and automatically lynching anyone who lies is dumb. It's also ridiculous that he should have advocated his own lynch to get rid of the bus driver role. What player would have done that, townie or mafia?

 

I'n not saying I trust Mynd or even that I'm thinking he's town, but I think we have better candidates right now.

EP, just wondering, but do you have any other way to write your posts than one big run-on sentence? Seriously, this is 6 1/2 lines on my screen and the only period is at the very end. If you divide it up better it comes out a lot easier to read.

I usually don't have time to bother with punctuation, the one time I tried to split things up to make it easier to read I was being "over defensive" so you're just going to have to live with it.

What I was going to say is, if you do insist on not using punctutation, then you should know that a lot of people will just skim your posts, or misunderstand them. I remember one time (I think it was not in this game, but in my game) that I read something you wrote and because of the lack of a period, I literally did not know where the sentence ended, and therefore literally didn't understand what you were saying. Posts like that without punctuation are really hard to read.
