Trust him? Not so much. At best, he's not on my side, and at worst, he's a flat-out enemy.

I take everything he says with about a tablespoon of salt.

However, he makes some very good points, probably more often than he gets credit for, and I think he's doing quite a bit of good in drawing out reactions. I'm not convinced he needs to die yet, and while I'm keeping an eye out for more information to clarify things, I've got some thoughts brewing about who is ahead of him on my short list.

Such as?

They're still in the percolator.

You, good sir, are still a large question mark on my list, by the way. I considered voting you D3 instead of Vic, to be honest, because both of you had been in the thread but posting nothing substantial.

I'm not currently thinking pinning you down is a priority, though. (Unless you'd like to be pinned down, in which case this can be arranged  )

Nothing substantial? My posts have been chock-full of the most profound words of wisdom DM mafia has ever been privy to. Everyone here has had their IQ raised by at least 10 points just by being exposed to my intellectual banter. Nothing substantial indeed...

I don't trust Ape, Ishy, Vic, OR Patsfan for that matter. And Songstress, while I think overall you have had some good insight about the game and everything, I am slightly worried about your faint defense of Ape. You've been very subtle about it, and I'm sure you'll come out and say you haven't defended him at all, but this is what a skilled player would do, if they wanted to try and cover their teammate without implicating themselves.

Since I've never played with you Songstress, I don't know how subtle you might normally play, so as such I can't say I trust you completely either

One more thing: About your statement that Ape helps provoke reactions; that's true but you might be misreading the relevance. This game has a lot of JN guys, and because of that Ape would have gotten big reactions all game, no matter how he had played.

It only looks like I'm focusing on you so much because you like to prolong your punishment, in a sense  Had you simply ignored me, or let the rhetoric die down after a few posts, I would have gladly left you alone and left my jests for someone else. But I can tell you're not that kind of player. You won't leave a comment left unanswered or a post left unquoted (seriously, I think you might have quoted every single one of my posts. Fanboi much?). And I'm not knockin that so much btw, relentlessness is an admirable trait in mafia; it's especially admirable when you refuse to back down, no matter how weak or unstable your arguments are

I'm sorry Des, but seriously.... Pot meet Kettle.....

Erm... I never complained about Ape harasssing me or anything like that. Personally I've enjoyed our little back and forth, if only for how popular it's gotten me with the JN guys

No, you complained about me continually responding and becoming redundant. Which is why you are getting called out for "pot/kettle". Redundant and ongoing is exactly what you've done pushing my case, my part of this is only reactionary. You made your case, weak as it is, and you haven't done anything but re-state it over and over. Honestly the more you push it, the more you helped me actually avoid being lynched yesterday.

You keep pointing fingers at people "defending me" - however, your stupid casing and bickering is the real reason people strayed from my train. That is how mafia works. Its very rare that person A gets lynched when person B shoves a swiss cheese case down the entire games throat against person A. If I were anyone else in this game right now, I'd suspect YOU of actually being my teammate at this point and bickering me in order to essentially get everyone to move on to a new lynch target.

Also something worth noting... when people call you out on stuff like this, you keep changing the context and responding to them as though they meant something different. You've done that like 3-4 times now, and all it looks like is you evading accountability for the statements you keep repeating that make no sense.

Another long night. The raven hasn't arrived from the Citadel but it is plain that it will soon. Winter is coming. Two of you are found dead in the morning.

The first is on the ground, wearing a grimace of pain and clutching his chest, but with no visible wounds.

Aiel Heart, Randyll Tarly, Lord of Horn Hill, Vanilla, Highgarden is dead.

The next is found with a large gash running from navel to nose, her innards spilling out of her.

Despothera, Margaery Tyrell, Queen at Highgarden, Roleblocker, Highgarden has been killed.

It is now Day 4. Deadline is Wednesday, February 29 at midnight EST.

With 21 voting players, it takes 11 to lynch.
