not really because most of the time if you ask them they'll avoid saying it even if they are town

this only makes the meta stronger though

Oh, I'm not denying it's annoying as hell and breaks the spirit of the game, especially when you feel the need to go "I never lie so you can always trust what I say!" That's why I try to lynch those people D1.

Anyway, the problem seemed to be more that people who have that meta and then go "Hey I'm town!" are autoclear. When you have a role like cop and go "Hey I'm cop X is mafia" that is basically the same thing as saying "I'm town." People who don't feel it necessary to parade it about aren't a problem.

Its all part of the gamesmanship.

Almost everything I do as town, is done to facilitate epic scum play. So if I chose to be Honest Ape as a townie, so that when I was scum I could dominate... that is gamesmanship.

Ultimately, it doesn't matter what people say, so much as what they DO that gets them lynched, or not. Amekagabagaba for example, in this game used a lie to create a train on me. He says he wasn't opposed to Christine's lynch, but what he did was lie in order to create a train that might derail Christine's. So who cares what he said, its the appearance of what he DID that matters.

you're still going on about this?

I as using it as an example, hence the inclusion of the words "for example". Derp derp.

My guess is one of the less active people who hasn't checked in lately has a NA to submit.

Speaking of night... I should be asleep. But I'm enjoying being caught up on this thread at the moment, and by the time I get up in the morning the early birds will have given me at least a page or two of spam to sort through.

2 pages should take all of 45 seconds to "sort through".

Dramatic lot you guys are here... the conversations that happen in the game are part of what makes mafia great, yet you call it spam and act like the words are too small for your elderly eyes.

that's an excuse

you could have easily came up with another example

you just wanted to continue to harp about it long after everyone and their mom stopped caring

My guess is, he's planning on using it to lynch Amega D3, or perhaps he's just got a terminal case of "must have the last word" syndrome. Both of them appear to in this case, although I think Amega's finally stopped arguing and giving him additional rope with which to be hanged.

We figured what is the worst that could happen if we taught him to read...?

Alright, I promised to go back and catch up with a few questions about our houses, so, here we go!

Pats - 672 - "So your Faction wins automatically?"

No, it does not. I am not a faction leader. You must have a faction leader alive to win. Please read the rules.

Nolder - 673 -

Alright, Nolder, in the BEGINNING POST it says the King in the Narrow Sea. NOT HOUSE BARATHEON. Renly would not be on the same side as Stannis. Therefore, if you take Stannis' crew out of it, the only people left for Renly as House Baratheon is... Renly? And kind of the Tyrells.... and Brienne. But really, it's a better chance that Renly is not involved.

The thing about the Greyjoys is that they fight amongst themselves constantly. They barely even got themselves together. I just think throwing Vic into it would be too much conflict, but hey, it's whatever.

Agreed on Myrc and Kevan, although, I don't think either are quite sinister enough for the Lannisters.

Nolder, I have no idea what faction you are in, but it definitly cannot be mine. In my role PM, it distinctly states who my enemies are. Unless, of course, you are a member of the Night's Watch or just a Survivor.

As for Night's Watch, we already lost Jon and Mormont, hence why I did not mention them in that original post. That would have been 4 to start. There is at least 7 factions, not including the survivors, so let's put that at 8. That would mean 4 people PER team. Jon and Mormont are dead, so guessing that two are left is a safe bet.
