Yes! BG's lynch was too fast and too easy, and the bandwagon is riddled with scum. Plus, GF hasn't provided any solid info, just swooped in like before to vote BG.

It's my thought that votes going this way and that can reveal things. Not only for me, but for all players. I likw to encourage such a development. Not everyone can be at voice at the same time, or there is a lack of cohesion. First day I was interested at what happened at the shift of votes from the two major lynch candidates to someone else, should it happen and as it happened. Unfortunately, I personally didn't learn much anything by what happened there. Perhaps future developments can shed more light even to that.

 

I personally think lynches don't count until they are realised. But sure as water is wet, there are situations where the mafia must try something active, so we must achieve those situations. I haven't played enough mafia to catch tells very reliably. Thorum was a good try, also, though it was ever against the backdrop that we didn't know so much. There is even a possibility of a first day gambit, though I don't personally credit the possibility very much.

 

I analyse that the skum is still hidden, that is we don't know enough to suspect any single poster particularly. Well, there must be three of them, so we can try to see if they've made moves. I've only once played skum, but if I try to think what they would try to do, I would above try to avoid being obvious. Still, some of them may be kept in reserve, quiet, but if they all did that from the start, they would find it hard to influence things at need without being obvious about it, thus linking themselves. Last time they lynched an inactive townie, a sound sounding tactic when neither they know better.

 

Probably, unless BG is skum, there is skum on his bandwagon. L-1 is way too dangerous a place for them to stay on it if he is skum, though, not when nothing clearly says BG is skum. So the question becomes whether BG is skum or not, and this is the info we can gather.

It just occurred to me that English might not be GF's second language and with that context, that was quite a synopsis even if at times it got a bit AYBABTU. GF is paying attention to the game to my satisfaction.

 

Plus, I have a feeling with all this defense and distraction on an inactive, BG will flip scum. ;)

I could totally see changing your vote TO GF if you didn't hear from him, but unvoting because he didn't say anything is so far out of the logic arena that I hve to call scumtell on it. Ok, here was my logic, such as it is: GF appeared to vote D1, then disappeared. I voted him D2 for doing that, he didn't appear. I saw no point in keeping my vote on an inactive, as we wouldn't gain too much info from an inactive lynch, like Mynd said. So I switched my vote to BG, who was suspect #2 for me. Then GF shows up and surprise, votes BG. BG has been hammered now, but I don't like how 2 days in a row GF has shown up and voted seemingly out of nowhere. This time he did make a post of substance tho, so minorly less suspicious than I was. Only minorly tho.
