He flip-flopped from panda to me, and we both turned out to be townies. I know I wanted pandy dead back then too, but if he was a mafia looking to Lynch someone- anyone, then panda and I made good targets. Why did he flip? Maybe at first he thought the case on me was too weak to get a Lynch at first, and joined me after pandy. Then when his scummates told him to switch to me, he recycled passed arguments against me, rephrased them and OMGUS'ed me like all heck.

 

Hmm....did anybody else do this as well? I'll have to check...I wish I kept better track of vote moving dammit.

Sorry, just catching up after Rosh Hashana and having the kids yesterday. Have not read the whole thread yet and probably won't have time to before the deadline (catching up from 3 days off work), so I will vote:Pandy in hopes of avoiding a random lynch

 

 

 

This is basically Kiv's only post from D1. While I understand he had a holiday and his kids and work, it still seems really scummy to vote the person with the most number of votes without reading anything. Yeah, he did it to help avoid a random, but. I just don't like it.

 

Really? What part of "giving the scum a chance to recruit" strikes you as a good idea? You think not voting at all would have been more town like?

MOD NOTE: The last game I modded has 3 possible scenarios in the event of a missed deadline. Random.org will determine the outcome... the odds are greater that the town will be penalized, book it.

 

Just fyi, one of the no majority penalties in that last game was a scum recruit. I suggest we get a lynch whatever the cost.

I'm not sure you're even reading the thread at this point. But even if not, how does that even make sense. If I were suggesting that scum had a recruit (rather than talking about the apes no majority penalties), how would lynching pandy have prevented that, even if he was scum?

well yes, but you are the only one who switched from fully in support of me to my #1 enemy in the space of 3 posts

 

scum on day 1 just want to get anyone lynched- when i am scum, i do the same thing on day 1. i go after whoever i think i can bring down and switch rapidly when new targets present themselves.

This may be worth looking into, if we lynch Kiv and he is indeed mafia,then we gain a great advantage. Early kill on a high value Target. If not, then Kiv sacrifices himself to get a mafioso.

 

Then again, Kiv is a top notch player and a great scum hunter so this could be a sacrificial play by mafia to topple him.
