If it's a choice of one inactive or the other, sure, might as well flip a coin between the two as we don't have any real case on either one. And a finder or doc that is inactive might as well be dead for all the good it does the town.

 

^^This. So much this. You speak of maybe lynching the finder or doc by voting inactives, but really, what is the point of keeping one who doesn't protect or view? Or play at all for that matter? And I don't think we should rely on the mod to handle this issue for us, imo, these things are usually handled better by the players.

 

And as an aside, I think the case on Verb is making a mountain out of a molehill. I feel a little better on the Amega vote however. That being said, I would much rather get rid of our inactives, scum, town or whatever, and then let the ones of us who actually want to play duke it out amongst ourselves.

but inactives should never stall active players form playing; so don't wait on me to address the inactives instead of continuing to play the game . ya'll want to lynch the inactives or vote for them to grab their attention, by all means do so.

I've already explained how it's not in either sides best interest to lynch people who are inactive and I also noted that a very large portion of the players are inactive

it's not fair to tell us to just "deal with it" when it's not in our best interests to do so

 

again I'm sorry if this comes off as annoying, I know it isn't your fault these people aren't talking and I'm not trying to attack you for it

but I do think encouraging us to continue playing as normal and/or possibly lynching inactives for their inactivity isn't right

 

having said that I can see this leading to an argument that neither of us want or need should you respond so I'm just going to note my displeasure, both with those who signed up but are inactive and with how the situation is being handled

Is anyone else getting the feeling that maybe Nol is so dead-set against us taking action against the inactives is because maybe they're his teammates? Because other than you Nol, it seems as if a concensus is close to being reached. You've stated your reasons and I'll admit, in usual circumstances they'd be quite valid. But the past month has changed DM mafia in a direction that most of us don't like (absolutely loath in my case). And yeah, inactivity has always been a problem, but not to the extent that the last few games I've been in has.

At the moment, as far as I'm concerned, if Chrissy or Nyn haven't said something substantial by tomorrow morning, we should pick one and lynch them. Let's move along here.

 

Ishy, regarding Nolder, interesting idea. A good possibility if Chrissy/Nyn flip scum.

I don't doubt that we'll hear from Hoof, Ameg and Ley. Although Ley posted a lot more in the one game I played with him, he showed a lot more enthusiam in that one, his silence here seems a little off. And Ameg from what I've seen is more of a late night poster (late night compared to me, time being kinda relative on the net).

 

And while we've heard from Hoof, his case on Verb was really weak and he gets my FoS. Should we fail with Chrissy or Nyn, Hoof and Nol are the two I wouldn't mind taking a look at.

i posted at least 5 times on that last page. i know they werent very substantial posts, but what can i say? we can speculate about inactives all day but lynching them rarely results in anything goos happening (other than removing their name from the non-voter list).

 

look, if the town wants to lynch an inactive or two, especially this early in the game, i am fine with it. no-one wants to lynch verbal, that is cool, his case wasnt very incriminating anyway. my vote will go to an inactive, then.

it depends on the situation honestly

and regardless of the situation when judging that person this information is not something that should influence any opinions or decisions made but more something that should augment it

all I can really say is that I probably flip flop on the issue

And just fyi, Chrissy was on DM tonight at 8:30 PM. She didn't even drop by and check in or anything. I have no more reservations whatsoever about taking her out. I would say that I encourage everyone else to jump onboard, but will let you all decide for yourselves.

If you mean Team Town, I couldn't say, as I don't know who's on Team Town with me yet. But his posts haven't seemed especially anti-town to me is all I'm saying. Neither have yours for that matter, it just seems that you have a different viewpoint is all I was saying. And I was speculating out loud on why that might be.

Could we not wait one day and see if they turn up (which I don´t think) or get replaced? What if both of them are town and mafia succeeds in their na´s? Then there will be four town dead in two days. I guess we could be lucky and hit mafia but we will always have the possibility to lynch them another day.

lynching both of them without a second question would be foolish, but without much to go on and nothing really happening, lynching one of them for now is the only real option unless we go after verbal. unless someone does something seriously scummy soon it does not look good for Nyn and/or christine

as of now this has turned froma Hammer game to a Deadline game in hopes of boosting activity. Day cycles will last on average 72 hours (3 RL days) with Weekands (Sat & Sun counting as 1/2 days). the clock will be a good judge of how close to the Deadline you guys are getting.

Sorry? I have checked this thread at least once each day. If I can (it was a bit hard, the last few days, but I have more time again), I'll check it multiple times a day. But don't forget I'm a busy teenager from the Netherlands, that 1) has to spend much time for school, and 2) sleeps when there is peak activity at DM.

 

And I must say Nol defended those two a bit too much... FOS Nol.
