Well now I'm in a catch 22. Ya see, last I saw we were at 3 Nolder, 4 Hoof. Still time to go either way, basically even on a vote of 7. I'd prefer Nolder. I don't want to vote Blackhoof. Now Christine ups the ante to 5 Blackhoof and it looks to be the viable consolidation.

 

If I stay where I am - Black flips town, I'm good. Scum - Screwed.

If I chage votes - Either way, I'd only be doing it because of deadline pressure and group vote and people would still suspect me.

 

so I ask... WWJD?

losing the cop sucks, even more so on day one. why didn't Blackie reveal?? this leaves us all severly handicapped imo and gives the scum a major upper hand

Hmmm... So we took out our cop. I guess thats the way the cookie crumbles. Hoof's actions were scummy earlier, but I guess the fact he wasnt here to defend himself led to his lynching.

Now. I hope that this will not result in people going after them. I am sorry to have upped the ante on Hoof, as I did not think he was mafia, but there was no other targets and deadline was 2 hours away. Controlled Lynch over Random Lynch, except losing the Cop really sucks.

I don't understand how Hoof being town, the cop even, clears the people he was suspicious of?! Honestly no one is clear right now other than Hoof, and I know that includes myself in all of your eyes. Let's not say "so and so is town, just because we lynched the cop day 1" it happens. It sucks, but seriously anyone could still be scum.

i'm thinking theres a good chance most of the scum team was on that lynch; especially seeing how fast it built up. with 12 people in this game, and this being a basic set up i'm thinking we have between 3 & 4 anti town.

chances are majority of the scujm team was on the blackie lynch; with maybe 1 or 2 team mates not on his vote to keep us from pinning them all together. this is all i have for right now; i want to wait until day to make a further analysis.

Sorry I haven't been around much. I've been at work and my brain hasn't been up for mafia when I get home. But today I stayed home, so I can catch up on my mafia games.

Sure! I notice that every mafia game, it seems that people gang up on Blackhoof, Jack, and Nolder. Why? Because they are aggressive and loud. Some people don't like aggressive and loud. Other's just think it's scummy. Some get critted by the wall of text. It's the same thing that happens to you, Red.

 

People always target the active ones, giving the mafia a chance to slip through as an inactive. I think that Nolder, Hoof, and Jack were chasing up the wrong tree.

 

 

And yes, go ahead and get on me for tipping the scale on the Hoof vote. It was less than 2 hours to deadline, and no one else was switching votes. Controlled Lynch > Random Mod Kill any day. People still would have suspected Hoof, because that's just how it is. I see no point in wasting another day arguing over whether or not he is town when we can just find out now and not get a random death that no one suspected.

 

 

Now, after today, I think it shall be interesting to see who is Night Killed. From there, I will say who I think is suspicious, but at the moment, I don't think it's Nolder or Jack. As for saying I don't have a target on BG, I simply mean that I do not have a big target on him. He is not, however, cleared in my book. I just don't think he is as big a target as some people were hinting at.

Can someone please explain to me why we never say our reasoning at night? I understand that is how most people play, but what is the point of with holding thoughts when you never know who is gonna get killed until the coroners report? Its something I have always wondered.

I thought reveals were frowned upon in Mafia games. This is my fourth mafia game ever and any time someone has done a reveal it always triggers an immediate 'he's scum and lying behind a roll' or how-ever you want to say it. Wouldn't it just have seemed like that if he had? If anyone reveals wouldn't we all call BS anyway?
