Try Helloween's 7 Sinners album. For instance Who is Mr. Madman can be a Balthamael soundtrack. Far in the Future could be a soundtrack for Be'lal weaving a trap for Rand in TDR.

 

Also try Helloween's Gambling with the Devil album. Try to read the lyrics of each song. I am sure that you can construct a WOT moment or a clip WOT moments fitting in every song. For instance Dreambound can be Rand's eulogy to his women and his fear of Forsaken when he did not know how to shield his dreams.

There are so many of them. here are the few i like the best:

 

Nightwisha Kinslayer. Although it IS NOT inspired by the WoT it's still one of my favorites. In my head the black wind chants to this tune.

 

Stratovarius Learning to fly. This IS the dumai wells for me. Fast ,epic and just plainly awesome.

 

Nightwish Astral romance. The ultimate LTT song. Epic and crazy just like LTT.

 

Dio Mystery. It just sounds like the feeling i have when i read the wind thing in the first chapter.

 

Obviosly these are the songs i listened while reading the books for the first time.But i still get goosebumps when i hear those songs.

A song which reminds me of Min's and Rand's early romance is "Se tu m'ami" by Pergolesi... Or maybe it isn't. My book says Pergolesi, but the internet disagrees. Anyways, I just thought I'd post a non-rock song. :3

 

It's a teasing song, a beautiful woman's narrative as she flirts with a simple sheepherder. I think the parallels are obvious. :P

Yes I can definitely see Min flirting with our sheepherder in this one.

Nice call with Dizzi Dulcimer too! Some of those get me thinking about the innocence of the young main characters.

especially Rock. Special thanks to those posting non-rock songs/melodies. All the rock songs are very WOT applicable too, but the various genres show how diverse the WOT community is, which is nice to see IMO.
