In the dead of the winter Fnorrll wanted to march

To visit the other groups, to share good will and cheer

 

So we packed up our gear, gathering up our cloaks

We stowed away our beer and tried to sneak along those we hold dear

We grumbled never ending and muttered non stop to the man

With no promise of pillage nor glory to be had, a voice whispered not

to fear

Warder from the frozen North

Lessa, Lessa never one to be scared to go forth

When surrounded by trollocs, fades and more

Or her fellow warder scoundrels pinching tushes till they're sore

Warder from the frozen land that says "eh"

Lessa, Lessa charging into battle on her bay

 

There lined up proud in our ranks stood a stalwart lass

One that does all that is asked of her regardless of the task

 

Her boots may be small and her sword short of reach

Yet one thing she always has handy is a seemingly never empty flask

 

With her endless supply of colored bikinis and always found in the hot

tub

But the dark one himself fears her bravery, plain to see on her face

like a fearsome mask

How was your holiday week ends?

Mine was fine. I got gift cards for the mall from my step-dad's side of the family and I want to go to the mall today. I never want to go to the mall.

Oh I got a gift card too, from my in-laws for the book store! Can't wait to spend it!

Mine was pretty darn good to be honest. My pre-teen step daughter actually did NOT have anything bad to say this year. That is a total win for me lol. X-mas was insanely tight htis year and I was very nervous. We did good though. Wish I could have gotten her more but...well, you know how it is.
