I think it's kind of wierd that both Amadine and Krak had computer problems and both are using that as an excuse. I get the feeling though that Amadine's telling the truth and Krak is not.(sorry Krak :P) Anyway I also suggest that Ed looks in on Krak, but it is your decision Ed!

I may get killed for this, but I believe DPR to be a mafia godfather, or at least a member of the mafia. It is mainly my gut, but I also have textual evidence to somewhat back me up. I will post it soon.

Right off the bat - we don't need reveals. Revealing your role does nothing to help the town:

 

First, no Townie will believe you. Ever. Scond, If you are Town, the mafia now knows your role and can make an educated decision about whether to NK you because you are a threat, or you wind up on a list of non-threats, which helps the mafia a lot because it narrows the NK choices they have to make. This increases their chances of hitting a healer, or a finder.

 

Folks, this is a lot like driving: the rules are like a map, and the map will get you to the win. Hunches and intuition are like those tempting shortcuts Sure, sometimes they pan out, but mostly they are dead ends. Get it? "Dead ends"? heh

 

 

The feel of this post is of someone who doesn't know the role of a vanilla in this game. I know the pm and it states a character name and nothing further. The over-all pressure of this post is more like a role fisher, and that seems really scummy to me.

 

Also every standard game I have ever played in has had a godfather role, it has become one of those bread and butter roles synonymous to the world of mafia. DPR over anyone should know that.

 

I am posting my suspicions in the night because I would hate to be deceased come morning and not revealed what I think I know.

 

I could be way off base but I think DPR and Amadine are mafia together.

I don't have computer problems - i just have no access at work as my work computer operates on an intranet and everything on the net not essential to running my site is blocked. I had access the other day becuase i had my own laptop at work and was connected to the shop next door's unsecure network LMAO

 

And because i live in Australia most of you are sleeping when i can be online of an evening. And it gets really boring just chatting to yourself so i don't post much when i'm hanging around by myself.

I don't know guys, usually Pete and DPR are killed pretty quickly if they aren't mafia (with the reputaions and all) unless they are mafia....but who knows?

 

It always makes me suspicious of them when they aren't dead in the first day or two.  :-*

I figured it would but I wanted to voice my suspicions in case I ended up dead by day time. Also I am fairly confident you won't be dying tonight, why kill a team mate. I am more concerned about another player's game life. There death will confirm or deny my accusations.

 

Also I am pretty sure if I wanted you out of the game I could be more subversive to reach my goals, just like yourself, it would astound me if you were ever transparent.

So far, I have only pointed out Amadine and Krak as possible scum based on their reaction to the Min vote. And now you are a possible for making a somewhat shady night-move on me. Granted, it could be insurance. Or it could be a setup on me to coveryou in the event I turn up dead.

 

How long does night last in this joint?

I just am getting the mafia vibe coming from your general direction. Also the post I quoted, it was off, like I said.

I don't think either Pete or DPR are mafia.

If I were to be pick who's likely to be mafia; I would say Krak, Amadine and mnwhiterose are very likely. With rose I'm getting a phibe but that's all I have to go on. If you can defend yourself rose then please do.

Dude. if ed checks Krak andcomes up innocent, you just shot to number one on the suspect list. And as long as we're metagaming, you are famous for trying to set you're next mark up at night. At this point, you've almost overused it, you know? You should try a new technique...

Hate to interrupt, but if Krak checks clean, we should probably go after Amadine and hope the healer stays on Ed so he can check Pete the next night. Just my opinion.

I hardly ever set moves up at night. I usually try at te beginning of day rite after the night report. That way my ideas are mulled over. I do that no matter my alignment so people cam process and think about and analyze my point of view. Sometimes I will drop hints during the night then slam te accusation in te morning, but if I died I'd rather have my opponion in the air especially if I think I am correct like now.

 

If krak appears innocent then why should we overlook amadine, way to cover a teammate, :).

 

Also the meta was mainly a joke.

 

I still don't mob getting fresh and sultry during night though ;)

Funny, it's usually DPR who gets all sultry during night phase, not Ed. (Or so I hear, anyway.)

 

Night will end at 8 PM my time. That's a little less than 4 hours. I still have one night action I'm waiting on. I'm going to Min's and her Internet may or may not let me get on, so you may have to wait on me. Sorry. Can't be helped.

You find a good place to camp and bed down. You set watches, like all good adventuring parties do. You never know what might be in this place. During the night, two passageways are discovered by the watchers. You have no idea how or when it happened, but in the morning, two of you do not wake up. You find a very thin, very strong rope wrapped around Amadine’s throat, and upon examination, a small puncture wound in Ed’s upper abdomen, such as a stiletto would make.

 

Amadine, Paladin with no powers, is dead

Ed, magic-user, finder, is dead

 

 

As disheartened as you are, you need to press on and find the threat to the town. Choosing a passageway, you journey on….

 

It is now Day Two until Saturday at 8PM MST.

With 9 alive, you need 5 to lynch

Well, I guess we either have no healer or they didn't believe Ed's claim. Same result: Dead finder.

 

After a reread I have 2 people I tend to believe are town aligned. My suspicions still stand at Krak and Amadine for their little fun with the votes. I am going with [glow=red,2,300]Amadine[/glow] because in the reread I noticed that she changed her vote a mere 10 minutes after the balance shifted. I'm pretty sure she'll turn up scum. When she does, I'll have another look at Krak and Wes.
