The only thing I've done that has stirred anyones suspicions is offer myself up for lynching day 1.  If that is what has stirred you gut please explain why?  In other words what makes my day one theory suspicious? 

 

You just seem to be going for eceryones second favorite suspect in hopes of saving yourself.  Doesn't matter who gets lynched as long as it isn't you.  Unfortunately, we can't afford a mislynch at this point.  We need something solid to go on.  Not gut feelings.

I have to say, telling everyone you have a secret is a petty stupid thing to do in mafia, it makes you look like scum.

Don't forget we get to bring a confirmed innocent back at night too. I suggest Meesha since she is innocent and so good at finding scum. We can still have a chance people. If there are only 2 mafia members as was suggested then we have a chance.

 

I think Pandy did the Endgame thing just to get us moving and maybe panic us. We still have a chance as far as I can see.

Pete how the heck to you get that you are the only other confirmed innocent. What because you want to confuse us? I am a confirmed innocent! You are not! You are also being delusional in my mind. Now more then ever I suspect you. I was starting to have my doubts and almost changed my vote to Peace. Which now I feel would have been a huge mistake. Ladies and Gentlemen I think we found a mafia member. It is Dragon. He has been obnoxious and now claims he is a confirmed innocent. I say we see about getting that confirmation. We lynch him and get a coroners report in the morning. That should solve it. If you come up clean then well, we can resurrect you and I will apologize. However, I don't think that will be necessary. Everything you have done all game long was to try and point toward someone else and not give us a reason to believe you are innocent. You did the secret bit and honestly that was scummy in my book.

With Dragon's lynch, the town is no longer in a position to be able to maintain greater numbers than the mafia.

 

(There's now three town and three mafia; tomorrow, even with a resurrection, there will be two town and three mafia.)

 

That means that the mafia - Lily, Ellianora, and Crusher - win! Congratulations on a flawless victory!

 

Any comments are welcome. I used this just as a test run for the concept of a resurrection mechanic - the next time I run one, there's likely to be some complexities in it.

 

It was a surprisingly short game, with endgame on day three, but that was only because town missed on killing mafia two days in a row. Even then, town had a third chance...

Pretty damn accurate. No cops, because the resurrection mechanic made them unnecessary. No docs, because you could resurrect people (though then again, I might reconsider that for next time). The mafia had two nightkills, though again I might reconsider that for next time.

A doctor to block at least one of those night kills would have made the game more balanced. Even with the resurrection, I think it was a little heavy in the mafia's favour.

Oh, I don't know. I think town managed to get too bogged down in setup speculation, wasting day one, for example.

 

I did work through all the possibilities, and 12 players wasn't ideal in terms of balance. 16 players would have made for a better game in terms of length and playability. A doctor might not've helped much anyway. Two successful protects would have been needed by now to continue the game a day longer.

Good game, everyone. This was fun, playing with a new concept, but I really wanted to be town so I could get resurrected....

I think maybe having 2 nk's every other night would have been more balanced. 

 

This game failed because enough town wasn't participating actively.  In a game like this you really need active scum hunting to have a chance to win.

We townies were a bit slow off the block, and I do agree that a doc would have helped balance it a touch. But the resurrection concept was cool, if only we had been a bit more active  :D You kinda think that once you're dead, thats it, but we could have contributed (more).

I liked this game because it was full of win.  In my humble yet very rotund opinion Pandy would have had an epic battle with about 4 or so more townies.  Town got off to a slow start and never really had a chance to catch up.  I would be very interested in playing this setup again.

What gets me is how the mafia flew completely under my radar. Good job! It was a nice game. Glad I got to come back for the last day.
