I really hate to start things off. I have never gotten over my first game where I was aggressive and nearly lynched the healer - twice! (You had to have been there. But let's say I'm still traumatized....lol) At this point, I'm not getting mafia vibe from anybody, but I am getting a "good" vibe from some. Maybe if I share that, we can work backwards? I don't know. I really don't think Alanna, Talya, or Crusher are mafia. Peace has just confused me with all that offering himself stuff yesterday. I can't read Barmy yet, and Zep didn't ping my radar. I always think Dragon is mafia, but don't want to read too much into that just yet. Ellie seems to be playing the same way she always does. I guess that leaves Rey. I don't want to vote, yet, though especially since I really don't have anything concrete, just a "less good" vibe. I'd rather see what all you have to say, first. If nothing better gets offered, I guess that's how I'll vote.

What is confusing about me offering up a game mechanics theory and saying I'm willing to be the first test subject?  It would have been scummy to suggest someone else.

At this point lily seems a bit fishy to me.

There's two things I find interesting about this.

One, I didn't exactly put Peace at the top of my suspect list, yet he felt the need to be defensive.

And two, Peace was the healer in the game I mentioned which left me hesitant to be too aggressive. Not that that has anything to do with anything, I guess.

I have to admit, he is now mildly pinging my radar, though. It makes me glad I "thought out loud." I think I got something good out of it. Maybe.

A valid point Lily. I just hope you don't flip mafia like in our previous game  ;D Your logic was impeccable then, too.

How does one respond to that, exactly? I could say no, I'm not mafia. And I'm not. But why should you believe me? I certainly wouldn't believe you if you said you weren't. And that's why these games are so darn addicting. You play your first one for fun, and from then on, it's all about outsmarting each other......lol.

Hehehehe. Addiction is an understatement  :D

Dragon, I see what you mean about them being innocent, I thought everyone voted, my bad! However the fact that nearly everyone said they didn't vote, still means people are lying. I think that we all innocent and only those ressurected will be mafia! Of course we can't test this theory, as we don't know the alignment of those that die! And if we ressurect those that do die, we can't prove what they came back as neither.

What happens though if we don't resurrect anyone?

Maybe I was eating and missed this, but if their are no mafia's then who killed the two dead people?  I think we need to steer away from getting too caught up in game mechanics and try and hunt scum.  Guessing game mechanics is a good way for scum to put doubt in the mind of the town.  Take them off their goal which is to hunt scum.

Talya Im going to give you my vote because I really think this a stretch and it doesn't sit right with me.  [glow=red,2,300]vote talya[/glow]

Okay, so I never thought of that, unless there are serial killers out there to confuse things. But go ahead I have to agree with Peace that Lily seems a tad confused.

Me, I'm just being a lazy cow and not seeming to read things right!

I don't like to make an issue out of it, but I do have some health problems that can cause confusion sometimes, when my stress level rises, which it is right now, due to RL stuff. And, then there's the fact that I'm blonde.... I have a good brain, for the most part, but can get tripped up by the stupidest things. It can be really frustrating.

What I mean to say here though is more that my feelings are confusing me, I guess. My instincts. Peace and Min both offered themselves up for lynch. When Peace did it, it didn't feel right, but when Min did, it did. I still haven't sorted that out. This has turned into way too big a deal for one simple statement, I think. Maybe I should have worded differently, and said "I still don't know what to think" rather than confused. To me, they say the same thing.

If you feel that way, then why don't you vote for him. I thin that both of them iffering themselves up was odd. But we know Min is innocent! At least we know that she is before she is resurrected!

I explained that already, Talya. After the fiasco I created in my first game by being so aggressive, I tend to discuss things before making a decision. I'm discussing.

The truth is, that by "thinking out loud," and the reactions I've gotten, I have two suspects, and I'm not sure which to vote for. I've never seen Talya play so aggressively, but then again, I've never seen her play mafia. Could this be a coincidence? Maybe. But usually all we have to go on this early are "maybes."

Since she's already got a vote, and you're right, Rey, we do need to keep moving forward, I'll vote [glow=red,2,300]Talya[/glow]. (I could change my mind, though, if anyone wants to slip up or something, and give me something solid.  ;D)

I'm actually feeling that way as well, Lily. I was thinking that Talya seemed to be more active in this game than in previous games, but I wasn't sure, since I've only played a couple with her, I think. For now I will [glow=red,2,300]vote Talya[/glow].

I don't know Talya's playing style too well, but I do know she's been working hard at a relatively new job, so she might just be tired (I know I am). I'm more disturbed by the lurkers atm.

I was rereading the Day Two posts and noticed this, which I kinda skimmed through the first time. Why can't we find out what they come back as? Is there any rule that says we can't lynch the same person twice? I'm not suggesting we do it soon, and obviously, there isn't anybody who has come back yet, but it's something to keep in mind for later. Just a random thought, but worth mentioning....

And then the question, is there a limit on how many times a person can die and come back? So many cool questions, and lots of things to speculate on. This is a really cool game concept!

I think you'll find that in most games I'm always one of the pretty active ones no matter what.

And Lily I have played a number of games with you, so that comment about not playing mafia with me is very odd. As for me not been so aggresive, you all should read some of the other games, I can be both aggressive and not, and it doesn't depend on what alignment I am but how I'm feeling at the time. Sometimes I just like to enjoy a good argument and other times I don't have the time or the energy.

But if you wish to vote for me, you can. You will find out I'm innocent. and I would look at Alanna for jumping so quick on a vote and not even coming up with a reason that is true! But then Lily is pinging my radar too. And she seemed to suddenly changed her tune about Peace when I questioned about her about it all.

In fact it would probably be that Lily and Peace are in it together!
