Something in the back of my mind is yelling at me to vote for you, but I can't make myself do it right now.

Yet, the thing that bothers me mildly about Naenn is something Kivam aka Teh Doggin always says.  "Lynch all lyers".  Naenn makes a bold play we all started considering it was a role and she said admits it wasn't. 

 

Mafia players goal is to deceit, why would she make the play, sell it and then recant it?  Im new here and maybe you guys are like teh super mafia types that run double and triple wiforms, but my simple calorie lusting self finds this odd.

Nae then "breaks" it and admits she has none....which kinda proves she's telling the truth about that.

 

Crusher says she told the truth, and therefore isn't voting her on the "lynch all liars" motto.

No deceit here.  What I said is she voted for four people in four posts.  That made us think she may have a PR and we posted as such.  Then she came back and said it wasn;t a PR.  My point if she was mafia why would she make the four votes that would make her seem like its a PR and then take it back when asked.  Or is she pulling a wiform in the way of getting us to think "no way would the mafia do that this early".  Seems to be a theme in this game.  

 

I was simply stating that she had the chance to lie about the PR and chose not too.  So though she is still my first, it makes me wonder why she would do that as mafia.  so I put it out their to see what anyone else thinks.

 

It might have been a tad confusing because I mixed up role and pr.

The reason pandy & I were discussing was mainly us being online at the same time yesterday.

 

I may change my vote to get a lynch, but won't get online in the next 36 hours. Naeanns bandwagon is too early on to follow it now

Urgh, went back for a reread of the thread now that I have the time (pulling an all-nighter to correct my sleep cycle).

 

Well, I came out of this reread with much the same opinion as before--I don't have a solid reason to believe anyone is mafia.  I know there are villains here, I'm just not positive on who they are yet.

 

So, no solid reasons, but I have a HUGE hunch.  Like, a gut feeling combined with the overall effect of this person's posts.

 

I really think [glow=red,2,300]LZM[/glow] is mafia at this point.  He's not been super-scummy or anything, but his general posting style so far in this game has been "I'm trying to look like I'm thinking this through."  At least that's the vibes I get from it.  Why not actually think it through?

 

To be honest, though, the biggest red flag for me was LZM's post about me being "a mafia squirrel sympie."  Not "Meesh is a mafia squirrel." 

On Day 1, I wouldn't start calling people symps right off the bat; I'd first assume they're mafia and then consider the possibility of a symp if their behavior seemed more fitting of a symp.

I think it's a freudian slip.  I think LZM knows I'm not mafia, and that came through in his post, unintentionally perhaps.  Even when treated entirely as a joke, not looking at the words themselves, the tone was, "haha I'm just messing with you, I don't mean what I say."  Too airy for a mafia game, when people have finally started to get down to business. We were already past the Day 1 random phase.

 

*shrugs*  I know it's not much, and it's really just a hunch, but it's the best I have to go on at this point--I believe Pandy is telling the truth, to be honest, and Nae hasn't really pinged my radar much (I don't play with her much, so I don't have any sort of file for her gameplay style in my head).  Thorum always seems scummy; and I hesitate to vote for him just because of his back and forth with Pandy.  Not enough there.

 

Anyway, that's just my opinion from what I've seen of the people who have been posting so far.

Hmmmm, I mentioned earlier that I would keep my vote on Naenn until she gave an explanation and I have a #2 and #3 I could vote for.  Funny thing is LZM is my #3. 

 

I too had nothing more than a hunch, but the symp comment thing seemed like a little too much information to have for an innocent(maybe a slip maybe not) and gave me the mild heebie jeebies like the time my 82 year old Aunt made a reference to love making.  *shiver*

 

Naenn is still a concern but seems like she is toying with us more than scummy right now.

 

Panda's reveal is still odd but I could really go either way on it and it seems slightly pro town to me at the present.

 

Thorum, never saw the case on him the aggression argument seems silly, but my eeney meeney miney moe technique is strong so I will keep and eye on him.

 

 

Last night reading the community thread I noticed someone else felt sketchy on LZM as well so I think it may be more than just a hunch.  At least a little pressure on him to get him talking.  [glow=red,2,300]unvote[/glow]

You know, I got the same feeling from LedZep. I was about to change my vote to him, and the voice in the back of my head said "No!" Those of you who were playing with me in my first game, where I was finder may remember the day I was all set to view him, and at the last minute switched to somebody else. I don't even remember who. But they turned out to be the last mafia and we won. If listening to that voice worked then, I'm going with it again. I honestly don't think Nae is mafia, either. Her behavior is just too annoying for mafia. I'm going to have to do a reread, and I'll probably end up changing my vote. I haven't had time to give this game the attention I want to, so I need to do that before I can make any sort of intelligent decision.

 

Oh, and as for Panda, I think we shouldn't lynch him today. If there is a lie detector in the game (and we don't know if there is) I'm assuming it's a night action, so we should give them one night to view him, if they want to. We can always lynch him another day, right?
