SOMEONE needs to volunteer for the last position before the deadline or there wont be a mission. :P

Gnite LZM.

Right, well, I may not be UP by the deadline....

But I can wake up before it....

*shrugs*

Usually Pallet's on by now, so that's weird....

Gosh, I'm tired.

Um, do you want me to go ahead and volunteer before I log off, if Pallet's not on by then?

And, thanks for clarifying about "chan."  That confused me. :D

Posted

I can't stay awake much longer.

Should I volunteer?

The deadline's in 2 hours.

Is Pale going to get online and volunteer?

Posted

So Nae, is meesh on your team then, then went totally against the things everyone ha said!

The time ends 11am here so pale could well have been on. In fact I'm on, well before the deadline, so I think that was gaining roles for your team!

I'm gonna have drop out of this game. I don't have time enough to read this amount of pages every day, and don't like the unactivity I'm 'playing' it in now. Sorry.

Usually Pale is on by now though, Talya.  I've stayed up late enough times to know.

Also, I plan on going to bed soon, and I know I didn't want to go to bed and wake up being the one person that could've made a mission happen, because Pale didn't show up. *shrugs*

I'm sorry, but it's only 1.5 hours left, with no guarantees of Pale being on and reading all the pages he's missed.

Also, like we really have enough time left for EVERYONE to weigh in? Really.

I wasn't even expecting to be on this late, actually.

Thorum, I'm sorry you have to drop out... :-\

Gordie I think!

but there was you too who is this side of the pond.

I won't get a chance next time, because it will be in the early hours of the morning for me an it'll be a week day, no way I'll be able to make that! :D

Posted

Sorry Talya. I forgot all about the fact that you'd be up at this time.  No, Meesh is not on my team.

Aww I'm sorry to hear that Thorum.  :-\

Answers to questions:

CTM - The Cult Leader has a 100% chance of success of recruiting at night.

Pac - If a cult member went on a mission and gained the Witch Doctor role, they would not cure themselves. They would just keep it away from the town and the mafia because they win with the cult.

lol, no, but it wouldn't be good to miss a mission because we didn't have enough to go on it. I didn't even think I would have had a chance, till Pale din't show up, so I thought it would be my on chance, lol

The maddening squeek of a rusty gate being pulled back and forth sends every nerve in your body rocketing to high alert. Adrenaline scalds through your veins and you heart beats in your thoat. They're trying to get in...

Your thumb flips the safety to "off" and the selector to "full auto". You take a breath, back pressed against a concrete wall, and pray that you have enough ammo to hold them back until the others arrive. Then you move...

Spinning off of the wall, you round the corner in a loose crouch, the barrel of your weapon training to the exact spot that the noise is coming from. The image that meets your eyes is so far away from what you expected that you come within a hair's breadth of firing the weapon. It's a physical effort not to, and the crash of adrenaline against the wall of confusion is enough to mometarily disorient you.

"Thor? What are you doing?"

Thorum pulls the gate again, the squeek of metal grinding on metal peels at your skin.

"I have to get out of here. I can't take it anymore, day after day, always stuck inside this tower."

He looks at you with bloodshot eyes. "There's nothing to do but read. I'm sick of reading..."

You lower your weapon.

"Hey, it's alright. You just need to rest." You hold a hand out, but he pulls away from you.

"No! I don't need to rest, I need to get the hell out of here!"

Thorum takes the old gate in both hands now, fingers intertwining through the chain links and rattles it harder, "damn thing is stuck..."

You were so relieved to find Thorum at the gate instead of zombies that you forgot to tell him to stop making noise. It was a bad slip. You were not the only one attracted by the sound of a gate opening...

Thorum looks back at you, madness crossed over his face, "It's too much! I won't do it anyom..."

It had waited in the shadows for him to look away, and now you watch as it slides to the gate and grabs Thorum's fingers. You had already begun to shout and bring up your gun, but the two are so close that you can't fire.

The zombie lowers its mouth to the fingers it holds and Thorum makes his final mistake. Trying to break the zombie's grip, he pushes his other hand through a hole in the gate. The zombie quickly grabs his hand and pulls.

Thorum's entire body is pulled into the fencing, slamming into the rusty metal with terrific force. Then he goes slack before the zombie slams him again. The rusted metsl cuts into Thor's skin and a tiny red drop lands on the zombie's lip. A rotted tongue extends to taste it. After that, everythign becomes a blur.

The zombie goes into a frenzy, pulling Thor through the fencing of the gate, gobbets of flesh tearing off as the poor man is pulled through in tiny pieces.

You are in shock, standing frozen in horror. It takes a moment for you to realize that Thorum is dead.

Thorum, an Innocent Mason, is dead.

You bring the gun to your shoulder and unload the entire magazine into the zombie's face. It falls back, dead, and you hear your friends screaming. You stare at the scene before you and even in shock, you wonder who is going to clean up Thorums's blood. You know better than to leave it out...

With 18 alive, it takes 10 to lynch.
