I have decided to take advantage of this opportunity for some raising credit.

Couldn't have been more perfect timing actually.  :P

I just recently became more active here at DM. If you are also at Tv.net, I have the same name over there.

 

Hi, I am Jadira, RL name Jen, I am 37, and proud to be a LEO  *rawr*

 

I live in Prairie Village, Kansas.  But am not a native Kansan.  I was born and raised in Idaho.  But I loves me my city.  :D 

 

I am currently attending night school to get a degree as an IT systems analyst.

I have 4 sons, who are 17,16,14,and 10.

I am on summer break from my job at my youngests elementary school, as a "targeted assistant aide" basically working with the reading specialists and directing small groups of kids who need extra reading help.  Hoping to find something that pays better before school starts in August.  :P

 

I have varied interests.  I can knit and crochet, I love to play tennis and of course read.  I love to swim and am always so happy when summer comes.  :) I like to go camping.

 

I like sports, although I do not get into the NBA anymore. I follow the NFL, and the Chiefs, of course and I am into College Football, big time.  Love me some Big 12 conference.  *nods*  Huge fan of KU.  :)  and am traitorous sometimes because I will also root for MU. (especially when they play Texas  :P)  Really, I just like to see good games. 

I am trying so hard not be a fair weather fan, with my Royals, but man it is hard.  :(

 

 

I grew up with horses  :)  I showed my horse in 4-H for three years, when i was younger.  Not really my thing, mostly my sister's and mom's thing. 

She was into Rodeo.  I love going to the Rodeo, just not doing the Rodeo thing.  :)

Hello! Wonderful idea Mother!

 

 

My RL name is Christi and I have been on DM since Dec. last year. I just join WT a week or so ago and love it.

 

I am 28 years old and will be 29 in Dec. Sag. here! I have been married now for 9 years and have Jacqueline, 5, and Victoria, 2. I enjoying reading *grin*, any sports, camping, fishing... general outdoor stuff. I just finished my 2nd season coaching 5 year old soccer. God, those kids can wear you out, but I have lost 12 pounds since I started!  :D

 

I do not own horses but would love to. I worked at a barn for 2 years, way back when. I also did grooming for 7 years and still do it for friends.

 

The biggest news for today: I am trying to quit smoking, again!

I got the patch and hope to do better than the 10 days that I got through last time I tried to quit. Wish me luck and don't hold it against me if I snap.  :)

 

 

Oh yes. I also believe that everyone should have a theme song. Whats yours?

Oh, and I guess I should mention that I'm a Capricorn (ascendant Capricorn, moon in Leo), and that my mother thought I rode horses growing up because she did.  Yeah, she's really good at remembering things....

Hello Mother *curtsies*

 

My name is Crystal (RL name Sarah) I am a Cancerian Dragon! Quite a combination... very much true though. I will be 21 on 8th July. I have been a member on DM since new year and am a member of the Illuminators as well as the WT.

 

In RL I have 2 sisters one older, one younger, and a half brother who will be 4 soon... he is sooo adorable! I live in both Bournemouth and Somerset... at university in Bournemouth studying Costume, and just about to go into my final year where I will hopefully be specialising in female making. Once I finish I would like to design wedding dresses. I also love corsets... if anyone would like one I would be happy to make you one  :)

 

I currently live with some crazy people... not quite so crazy as myself though! I am going to be very sad to leave next year :( I keep teasing them that they won't actually be able to get rid of me and if I have to I will live in the loft!

 

And Torrie I think my theme song is possibly Don't Stop Me Now by Queen, but I have lots of theme songs... also maybe Love Song For A Vampire by Annie Lennox... simply because I am in love with vampires  :D

 

My favorite season is Autumn, it's so beautiful and I feel more at home when it is Autumn. I'd like to get married in Autumn if I ever get married... would really like a man... I don't seem to be having much luck in that department though :(

 

Anyways... that was somewhat of an essay I appologise  ;D

I think I'm the first Warder to post...?  Actually, I'm a Manshima (middle rank), but am leading a class at the Lecture Hall, which is my last req to be raised to Der'Manshima and full Warder.

 

I joined DM in January '07 and the WT sometime that summer/fall.

I am beginning to think that Music just isn't who I am meant to be, you have to deal with musician egos. >_< and being a musician with said ego myself, fighting with other egos is not as much fun as it SHOULD be. But in the history department I can just stand be smug as I astound and amaze my professors with my sheer GENIUS! lol.

Your not alone I do no have horses either, although I would like to... my mum had horses when she was a teenager... but that's about it.  :)

Most of you know me, but I will tell you about myself just in case.  I'm a 28-year-old, single female from Redlands, California.  I currently live with my parents, two cats, and occasionally my brother (when he's not in China).  I enjoy living here because I'm saving a ton of money, I dislike living alone, and I like my family better than I would like any other roommates.  

 

I earned my doctorate in clinical psychology one year ago, and I'm currently doing my postdoctoral fellowship at my alma mater.  I was originally planning on taking a year off after school, but my old grad school teachers said there was a job opening and they wanted me, so I didn't let the opportunity pass me by.  They said that once I'm licensed (i.e. done with all my postdoc hours and have taken the national and state boards) they will make me clinical faculty.  I'll pretty much be doing more of what I do now (see patients, supervise doctoral students), but I'll also be part of a newly forming faculty group practice and will probably get to teach on the side.

 

Some of my hobbies include dancing, choreographing, singing, music, reading, and writing.  Some of my favorite things to learn about include psychology, philosophy, theology, astrophysics, and mythology.

 

I joined DM back in October 2004 and was raised to Aes Sedai of the White Ajah in April 2005.  I've been a White Sitter, the White Head, and I've been in my current position of Keeper for the last year.
