When did you join? Lor (U4EA) typically does everything on Sundays, so if you joined after the weekend that might be why, if its been more than a week though, then it can't hurt to email her again.

If you've gone through and joined as according to the sticky on this forum that tells you how to do it, then your best bet is to email thedmmonster@tiffanyfranklin.net regarding the issue. Be sure to include your DM handles so that Lor knows who's emailing her.

Response times might be a touch slow at current due to JordanCon bearing down on various members of DM staff (to include Lor and the Org Leader, Kathana).  Hopefully they'll have you sorted out soon-like! :)
