White Tower Mafia - Game Over

The Novice on duty to the Amyrlin seat couldn't believe the amount of activity today. Sister after Sister was being brought in for private audiences with only the Amyrlin and her Keeper, and it didn't take an Accepted to work out that something big was in the offing. Sister's from all the Ajah's appeared, some wrapped in their shawls, others bringing warders and one even brought the accepted she had been in the middle of teaching. Even as a novice, she has some semblance of an idea as to the hierachy of the Sisters and she quickly surmised the most powerful and the most influential Sisters in the entire Tower were being summoned.

 

This was clearly not ordinary.

 

Resigning herself to never knowing what lofty matters these powerful Aes Sedai were discussing, it took the novice by complete surprise when she heard one sister mutter a name as she was walking out.

 

The name stunned the novice to the core. It explained why all these Sisters walked in so confident, and left so shaken. It realised the fears that had been circling the tower since she'd joined. It suddenly left a feeling of mortal dread and an atmosphere of terror so much so the novice had to fight back tears.

 

The name was 'Mesaana'

 

Yes folks, the long awaited White Tower mafia game is here! And after that climatic opening sequence (yeah thats why im not an author >.>), i can only reveal we shall be starting sign ups. Anyone is welcome, i'm looking for 16 players ranging from the very best to the as-yet-undiscovered geniuses that no doubt hide among you.

 

Preliminary numbers are fixed at 16, but if i have large amounts of interest this can, and will, go up.

Rules

 

1. All votes to be [glow=red,2,300]Glowed Red[/glow] to count. Its the little button with a Green G on it, when writing a post.

 

2. Don't quote my PM's at all.

 

3. Day will last 72 hours (3 RL days). Nights will last 48 hours (2 RL days). If the required majority is reached before the deadline, night will commence immediately. Likewise, if i have all night actions in before the deadline, day will commence immediately. Any actions submitted after the deadline will not be counted.

 

4. In the event of the required majority for a lynch not being reached, i will randomly kill any player. You have been warned.

 

5. You must post at least once every 3 RL days. Sorry but inactivity kills Mafia games. If you do not post, you will be modkilled. If you are going on LOA, please notify me by PM. Warnings will be given once and only once.

 

6. You may not communicate regarding this game outside the game thread unless your role PM specifically says you can.

 

7. This is a coroner game, so when people die you will get role and alignment.

The novice collapsed. She'd been carrying messages all around the Tower, into every Ajah quarters, and she was looking forward to collapsing when she finally got to dinner. She wondered whether any of this was connected to what she'd overheard, but something big was afoot and she was just glad her part in it was now over.
