Frankly though,  in any closed setup game the LD threat should be standard practice until mafia learn to roll with it. The psychology is sound. Of the 5 original mafias only Gudrean really dealt with it properly. Darthe plainly didn't want to comply although he did. Hallia was ignoring the thread so was n/a. Dice got huffy about it and we saw Verbs response that I was too busy to actually read in real time.

Then later both Verb and Dice used awkward language in conversation with Zander where the natural flow would have been " and I know I'm town" to imply they were Town.

Maybe...and that's a big maybe I could maybe sorta somewhat prolly doubtfully lol agree a bit with your "logic" but never never never Day 1; especially early on....and even then...I've played over 100 Plus games at least 30 or so semi advanced to advanced games and I've literally seen LD 1 time....once lolololol. So creating so much WINFOM in game that progressively itself my the flips became super WINFOMy just is Wolfy...day 1 is just about fluff at the start and then trying to find a couple Townies and at least a Wolf suspect your feel minimum a little decent about.  No sense ever focusing on mechanics till you start seeing some actual flips otherwise it's baseless speculation.

the funny thing is on D3 I knew Zander was surrounded by wolves! I told my husband who had been reading along with the game and even he didn't think I was right. I had to get DPR and Key out because they were gonna get me lynched for sure LOL When I was pushing Verb as mafia neighbor it was an intuition that paid off and then I told him Dice is a wolf too and he was like, he can't be one too, right?

that last lynch with Zander and me had me holding my breath the whole time waiting to see Dice flip wolf.
