I'm getting the feeling this isn't a very typical game to help us new players learn. But it could be a kind of crash course in the themes involved? 

 

Betrayal, sabotage, in-fighting, nervous breakdowns, that kind of thing?

There have been a lot of emotions, it's true. You're right though, every game you play gives you a different perspective and more knowledge. 

 

It's not over yet. There's still a chance that either side could win 🙂

but I am trying VERY hard to not make that a normal thing. This is why I made it very clear that no one can police how someone plays.

 

We can get back the light fun atmosphere of DM.

 

But yeah I am learning new rules as I go along, such as Self Votes won't count and no AtE in the game. If you are unable to continue in the game, I would first suggest a walk away break, and if it's still no bueno I would try to find a replacement. 

 

I promise you the next game has an interesting closed set up and lots of roles and characters 

 

And @Verbal32 if you are posting many spidermen while I'm trying to write a long post on mobile I am gonna swing for you. Stupid pop ups keep skipping me about lol

Though building a plausible narrative, isn't the same as being right, or of being able to convince anyone. Indeed, in some ways I think the feeling of responsibility if you do convince or sway people is pretty heavy. 

 

This is going to be odd though, trying to guess the odd one out, but not who the wolf is, but who the townie is. At least there is no pressure on trying to get it right. I suppose at least if we get it wrong then it is all over mercifully quickly.
