Reading back through, I'm not as struck by Heavy's 'inconsistent tone' as at first, don't quite 'read' it/Heavy the same as Dice, but can see some of the similarities I was hoping for this time. 

 

I'm assuming that was a joke vote on Zander, so had the same questions for Lenlo.

 

Felt Verb's jump on it was sudden, but also /shrug

Maybe I've just been out of the game for to long, but the vote back didn't feel jokey to me, especially not with the further posts from Heavy confirming how they react to people being suspicious of them. Tbh it's odd to me that, after Heavy themself has confirmed they react poorly to being prodded/sussed, y'all can't see it or understand why I saw it that way.

 

I have a tinfoil theory about it, but nothing strong.

FWIW, my take on it is they did the same-ish  as Town!Heavy last game, and my takeaway from the open noting/acknowledging the struggle with OMGUS is that it's + for Town either way:

Encourages rational!Heavy > emotional!Heavy if Town, reduces reliability of the possible 'oh but I'm new, I can't help but OMGUS and I'm going to stay there!' if Wolf...

Thats fair, you have prior experience. Me, I dont, this is my first time meeting them/playing mafia in years. So all I have to go on is this game and what people say about previous games.

 

To try and explain it better, to me that vote and the wolf team comment, where he lays out his wolf team being the 3 people who just so happened to point out some issues, feels reactionary. Yeah that could be a town honest reaction, hence why I'm not hard pushing for his lynch, it's day 1 after all and I dont know him. But it could also be "This is my first time being a wolf and I'm overreacting to being prodded". Imo, that was worth bringing up.
