For clarity. I have checked and the actual words are the same.

 

Let's say you can clip quotes, but NOT change any actual words to make it sound like the original player said something  different.  Everyone ok with this?

Its just the change. Bold is fine, it helps with your posts, go for it. I specifically do not like it when one word is changed to another in a "FTFY" fashion. Bold = Fine, Word Change = Not Fine

Oh it cut off, I thought she changed Thread to Game. It bothered me. Then yeah its fine. Like I said, none of this is mafia related, its a personal issue with having had my words changes in the past and it bothers me when I think its happening since then.

Or if you make a WoTish post and say only a small part buried in there to me and I were to Bold it so anyone reading would not exactly what I was referring to, not cool to you either.  Is it just changing words or bolding or both?

Dude, I'm completely lost here.  I didn't think she changed a word, you confirmed that, so did Ithi, but you're still saying a change was made.

 

What am I missing?  I want to respect your wishes on something that bothers you, but I can't figure out what was wrong.

Sorry for that, its a personal bugbear to me, similar to your policy on not lynch AtE. You can find it stupid, but it's a fact that it bugs me when I see/believe my words are being changed.

Anyways, to get us back on track/onto the game, thank you for the Dice explanation Zander. I'll admit, I dont get how Dice plays dif, as I wasnt in the previous game but I'm glad theres more to it than simply that EoD1/N1 arguement

RTE - It's specifically used to alter votes and sway reads.  It's gross (imo) when accompanied by a mention of RL issues or self-votes.  When done without realizing the implications, it can be forgiven from my POV, but not when done intentionally (also just imo).

I'll admit it's a PART of it and really the MAIN START of it but it certainly ISN'T the ONLY part of it.

 

Again I'm not saying it's like almost as good as a red peak or even in that realm.

 

Just my most suspicious read especially factoring in all the "STUFF" (gonna leave it at that) and how I usually read him

On JN that's been me multiple times.  I get blind lynched all the time, especially when I have a power role, heh.

 

I recall coming back to the thread and being ready to flip tables.  They loved it and I learned to love it because of the culture there.  But man, I was heated!
