I have finally started to read the Stormlight Archive. I have only read 177 pages but I like it so far.

It's pretty good. And depending on your reading speed, you should be done with Oathbringer by the time Rhythm of War comes out.

Just FYI: its recommended to read Warbreaker before Words of Radiance, and Edgedancer before Oathbringer.

Warbreaker is currently a stand alone book, but it has a couple connections to Stormlight.

Edgedancer is a short story about a character you learn more about in Oathbringer. It's in the Arcanum Unbounded or as a separate book.

@Illian Tear

How important is it to read Warbreaker? Do I understand the plot in WoR without it? I understand that there are some characters that shows up in both books. Is it like cameos or main characters? I have 300 pages left now so it’s time to order some books. If it’s important to read Warbreaker then I will order it too but I’m so into this world right now that it feels tough not to start with WoR right away.

Sorry almost missed this. The characters that show up are more cameos in WoR, but 2 of them have some bigger importance in Oathbringer. So imo read Warbreaker at least before Oathbringer. Doesn't have to be before WoR

@Lavandula Why are you freezing? Is it cold where you live?

@Illian Tear Congrats! What kind of job is it?

I'm waiting for my book to arrive but it never does. Grrrr! I'm in a reading mood right now and I want my book!  I wish I had a good book store in my town where I could buy books. Do you order books or buy them in book stores?

It shouldn't be..We were on holliday tenting and it was below 10 degrees, rain and wind the whole time, so now I got a nasty cold. What are you up to? Reading? I'm re-reading Harry Potter? I find it interesting, it's quite different as an adult..

That is too cold in the summer.

I’ve read HP like every other year. They are (among others) my comfort books when I’m sick or feeling down. I have only read them as an adult since I was over 20 when the first one came out.

I’m still waiting for my book that never arrives, which is so frustrating when I’m in a reading mode. In the meantime I listen to fantasy podcasts and solving sudoku.
