zan, clov, and tripped are either all town or all scum, IMO.  They have a lot of the same reads and even though clov did the "lynch tor*, he could be bussing her.  Though I said above that I think zan is scum, its still just a gut feeling and even though my gut was right last game, doesn't mean it is right this game.  Besides the "common" reads there is the banter between them.  Like they feel comfortable with each other.  This could go either way again.

Mostly I'm confused.  You seemed to think Chris's vote on me counted based on what you said/your reaction to it.  Did you or did you not believe that Chris was voting me at the time?

When I did my reread, I had made a note in my mind, that she was scum.  IIRC the raisins were because she didn't make that many game related posts and I realize RL has her at a virtual stand still, however I know she can post from work, though not ideal, as we don't want her to get fired for playing on their time.  But if she already does it???  Here are her  15 posts  on her profile:

My interpretation of it is that he'd target a potential deepwolf. Which isn't a terrible idea in itself. If that player is town we're keeping a strong player throughout the game and he/she is confirmed. If that player is scum then it eliminates a dangerous player that might have lost us the game later on if they carried favor. If you were to go for a less prominant or active player and they're town... the transfer...

I did NOT think he was VOTING you.  I don't know how many times I have to say it.  It's like I've answered this question a million times already.  (figure of speech).  I thought he was WTL you.  Big difference.  One vote doesn't make me scared ie dice's vote on me and chris's vote on me later in game.  Its when people are like, "Let's lynch WiFi!"  that I get scared.  So, when he said lynch you, I was like yeah SP cause he had me in his PoE (I think he did atleast.  If I understand what that means-when you are really trying to figure that person out and are analyzing everything they do???)

Inconvience herself? It would take 10 seconds to make a post even saying im still super busy guys....like worse case.

 

I dunno maybe you're right but ive seen her shy away and avoid the thread as Scum.  Especially if AJs/Nyns was her teammate.

 

Either way now we basically have 3 completely inactive slots and were just thinking its all Villagers especially when 2 of them had been postinf earlier...ya im not buying into that cause if theyre all Villagers then Town is prolly screwed.

It's sliding down. I think her reaction to pressure today hasn't been great. There's a lot of self-preservation attitude in the quotes I spoilered below, serious wishy-washi-ness about reads, and a line about "Dice must be town because he's town reading me" that doesn't sit well with me.

I know most people have them as scum but: Iced TEA, Hallia and BFG are still null to me.  I need another day or 2 to get a better idea on them.  Mainly cause they haven't posted that much and I don't remember what they posted even though I check their profiles every day.  

 

  Iron is still Town in my eyes.  Though now that someone brought up his blue I post (and I think it was before darthe said the IC would be revealed) I think dice might possibly be scum.  I think he could have been trying to hint that he was IC.  of course this is hindsight. Though he did say he was only using it for emphasis, I don't see dice doing that with talk of IC. If he wanted emphasis he could have bolded it in black.

 

Nyn I think is still scum.  for same reasons as before.

 

So, I guess my reads haven't changed that much.  ? Except for thinking that tripped could be scum with zan and clov, and dice being scum.

What I was saying was I think that he did the "I" thing before we were told that the IC was going to be announced.  Because for a while it seemed like all of us believed that the IC wasn't going to be announced.  I didn't think it was going to be announced at all.  I was in two games, 1 sub and 1 from beginning, with IC, and they were both announced but I never understood why.  So, I just figured it wasn't going to be announced this game, until darthe announced that it was going to be.  

 

 

 

I am going to reread the thread a few times to get a better feel for my reads so it may be a few hours before I answer this post....or all of it.  I will answer the bolded stuff now though:

 

I know dice is spot on.  and I do have too many scum reads so... TOWN!DICE.  

 

I usually don't do "teams with."  I will make scum reads but not the so and so and so. The only reason I put you, clov, and zan together were you all seemed to have the same reads and seemed so comfortable together.  I think IIRC that this is the first time I ever TEAMED anyone of my own accord.  For example, you just asked me who is teamed with nyn but you didn't give me any possibilities ie is nyn teamed with bfg/IT OR tor/zan.  *Just picked those out of my head w/ raisins*  oh you want to eat the raisins ? well bfg/IT are the ones most thought scum by others and zan is my gut scum and tor is the clov want to lynch person and he's started to push at me so I am thinking maybe he be town...maybe....I got to not be so suspicious.  ? 

 

My problem is I have been burned so many times that its hard for me to trust anymore.  Like I will feel really good about clov or aj or dice and they will be scum.  I guess my problem is I am trying to solve the whole game in like a day.  And it just doesn't work.  Well last game I did really good.  This game: not so good.

 

I don't know what to say 99% of the time.  It's hard for me to come up with stuff to talk about and it takes me a while to read the thread and to type what is in my mind without it coming out like vomit.  Also, by they time I come up with something someone has already said it and I don't want it to look like I am copying so I just erase it and be quiet.

That was unexpected. I'll admit I've been deepwolfed by Zander before and lost a game because of it, but he's not really where I want the lynch to go today. That said, I can see where Hallia is coming from, and this looks like T/T squabbling to me.

I was voting for you to see a couple of different things.  Mostly I wanted to see how Wifi would react - she had you as one of her biggest scumreads, and since nobody was really discussing Nyn but her, wanted to know if shed move there as soon as you became an option.

 

Also wanted to see if/how Hallia would respond.  I thought her reaction to me earlier felt really odd.  I fully understand shes behind and has exceptionally limited time - that doesnt make her scum in any way.  But out of everything to respond to or question, it was me saying "I don't have any real separation between them".   It felt overly reactionary/defensive for being called null.  When she moved on you, that was the second thing that I kind of scratched my head at.

 

Town!Hallia absolutely COULD push you or vote someone for that.  But I'm thinking of the game she played with tripped and me on MU, where she didnt have much time (probably more than this one?) And even though she didnt post a ton, she gave people things to digest.

(General PSA: the word vote doesn’t have to be included for a vote to count. It’s only the ## and the players name that matters, because Chris’s vote did count)

I don't think you're being stupid.  I think you might be trying to make sense out of something internal that most of us might not ever get.

 

To be completely honest, I've kind of tuned that out.  I'm more concerned on how she approaches everything else than how she handles me voting/unvoting/not voting her.

 

If this were Vacuum Mafia, I'd feel pretty damn good about her right now honestly.  Her voting Nyn there and not even looking at one of the easier/more viable lynches seems like shes concerned about being right and not just making somebody flip.  Her reaction to you is a huge OMGUS thing, but again, what are the odds you get lynched today? Basically zero.

Okay. Now we’re at lest getting somewhere. So you didn’t think his vote was valid or that he wasn’t trying to vote me, but you thought he was legitimately willing to lynch me. (General PSA: the word vote doesn’t have to be included for a vote to count. It’s only the ## and the players name that matters, because Chris’s vote did count)

 

if that’s what you thought, then from your POV, his vote was still on you.  Now, it seems like you had no idea you were included in his PoE, which seems a little unlike given how much he’s talked about you and the fact that I had literally just said he was voting you and that he had been voting you prior to him voting for you again, which was the whole impetus for him even saying lynch trip. But it’s mostly whatever. I legitimately cannot follow your thought process at all and I feel like the more I try to understand what you thought at the time, that either I was entirely off base at the time or you’re moving goalposts on me.

To be completely honest, I've kind of tuned that out.  I'm more concerned on how she approaches everything else than how she handles me voting/unvoting/not voting her.

 

If this were Vacuum Mafia, I'd feel pretty damn good about her right now honestly.  Her voting Nyn there and not even looking at one of the easier/more viable lynches seems like shes concerned about being right and not just making somebody flip.  Her reaction to you is a huge OMGUS thing, but again, what are the odds you get lynched today? Basically zero.

Well not so much really in a world where Wifi is a Wolf and Nyn is Town, as a Wolf she would look a liottle better pushing another Towny then being a ML if it goes that way.

Obviously my concern is we have probably 3+ dead votes and a lynch pool of 4 - 6 people that I think most players would be at least ~okay lynching into. 

 

Her last couple pages have been kind of townie (probably more so for her), but nothing is super strong.

As in... mafia!Wifi thinks it's better to be offwagon during a mislynch (even on another townie) than being one of the voters of the lynch that goes through?

 

That's probably somewhat true, but I think shes more of a "in the moment" kind of player than a "three phases from now".  Also, mafia can afford to avoid popular wagons if none of their teammates are at risk.  Unless it's like her/Dice/Iron, that's just not happening here lol
