I've never thought Darc was a better accuser than me.  I've never thought anyone in this game was a better accuser than me.  I do maintain she would be one of my top choices; I'd probably go Dice > her just because I'm probably accusing Nyn and Dice seems to be; I think Darc probably goes Seph, who I'm more or less okay with.

Fair enough, I guess.  Pretty sure Hallia had no problem bringing up a teammate the last time I went against her as scum, though I'll concede that teammate was AJ and not Lenlo, was a nearly consensus townread, and was far more active than Lenlo had been here.

Don't get me wrong - I'm feeling nowhere NEAR as good about you as I did D1, especially early.  The things I felt good about you early were things I think were probably objectively NAI (mostly mechanical stuff) and said as much, and ironically I thought Hallia's point about your general emotional state - given last game - wasn't a bad point at all.  You did a fair amount of prodding.  But I thought your reaction to Lenlo's reaction to your thing with Nyn wasn't great, I can't ignore somebody NOT voting the confirmed mafia (I have no idea if you said anything about her in advance), and some of the things you've picked at today have been ho-hum, even if I think you aren't wrong.  (see: Penguins)

 

The upside is that you've been way more involved throughout, you've probably done MORE pushing following a D1 mafia lynch, and you seem to be readjusting.  Nyn, specifically, comes to mind.  

 

The best thing I have Lenlo going for him is that he chose a really hard path for D1 if he's mafia; let's be honest - coming back from a break or not, Mafia!Lenlo isn't super likely to coming gunning for you.  Especially over something that's really not particularly egregious and he probably could have pushed half the game with nobody batting at an eye.  Kat has me questioning Hallia's inclusion of him... I have a much easier time accepting she'd go out of her way to townread you as her teammate than Lenlo. 

 

Obviously my concern is... now what?  It's like he's checked out of the thread, and the only thoughts I can remember were "AJ looks scummy, and if Nyn is scum, he looks REALLY bad."

Like... you've had way more positives than Lenlo, but I also expect you to as either alignment.  You also have a few more things that make me second guess myself, whereas I don't have a problem with Lenlo's content but a pretty significant with the lack thereof.

That was going to be my next question, where you were at on Lenlo now removing the D1 spat. I agreed with you then but since then there isn’t much more progression.

 

Technically four other people didn’t vote for the confirmed Mafia. It’s Wifomy af but I think you’ve seen me enough as scum to have an idea what I would do in that situation. Put myself on blast or take the town cred knowing there was no way people were going to let a D1 lynch slip

Hands down this is the best phase I can ever remember,

I will admit, I have been busy this day phase and mostly commenting as things come up. Not having a chance to really re-read. Saying I have "checked out of the thread" though is disingenuous.

And one's a peeked townie, one's my strongest townread based on their own merit (read: not dependent on Hallia), and I'm more than willing to lynch the other two.

 

Mostly I'm confused as to why you would take exception to Lenlo looking at you side-eyed when the thread was mostly silent and he admitted it was a straight point, beyond a "I'm town and you're suspicious of me", which I don't think so little of your game to think you'd feel that way.

With clov it’s a bit of both. With Cass I just trust her. I switched because I don’t really know who she’s wanting to vote and I’m interested in Clov’s case on Nyn.

No no, its not, your right. Im the first to admit I have been less than constructive this phase. Not disputing that. But I have been reading and plan on doing a re-read of everything this night phase to catch up and put it all together.

Illian - Peeked, duh town

Chris - #Solve. Lots of effort, lots of clear thoughts an explaining where he is.

Seph - Dude is genuine. His seeming obsession with Darc concerns me, but even with that he hasn't stopped mentioning or talking to or about other players. He isnt tunneling, even though to me it feels like he clearly wants to.

Cass - Isnt getting complacent, is questioning a lot of things. I think her focus on my minor trust to her D1 is odd, but who am I to talk about biting at small fish?

 

Would prefer not to lynch but could be persuaded:

Kat - I honestly know very little about her. But those I trust seem to read her well, and so I am willing to set her aside for now.

Dice - Purely gut. His posts have felt good, but I legitimately cannot remember his content.

 

Would Lynch:

Nyn - "Busy". Hardly been around. I realize life sucks, I cant blame her for that. But at the same time I wouldnt blame people for lynching me with where I am. Being busy doesnt stop the game from moving forward.

AJ - Voted no on Hallia. Spat from D1 plus his reactions to it. Still seems hung up on me for it.

 

Would Accuse:

Penguin - He had some posts earlier that concerned me. Seemed very blase about existence and the game. Gut feeling was it was a kind of wolf lolcatting. I have a niggle in the back of my head saying it could be towny resigned to death cause of the "Please Kill me" post, but could also be the "Please kill me (Bet you wont)" sort of risky dare a wolf could do. Perfectly fine lynching this.

For me the gist of '~After EoD I made posts and that's what ultimately got Hallia chosen for the lynch'/the focus on his self-pres, and skipping Clov pushing Halli in the first instance/Tripped making an entire case rubbed me some. I read it as exaggeration tbh but re-writing it here I'm not convinced it isn't a personality/timing thing - @Andrej, thoughts?

 

What I was talking about is they were making it seem like they were being looked at unfairly for being off-topic while seemingly following along enough to respond to the off-topic discussion, like they were under heavy spotlight from everyone when it reality it was just Clov and Tripped. Followed up with the just lynch me approach. Reads overblown in ATE woe-is-me kind of way.

 

Theres also the line they keep defaulting to saying that I sound bitter and that I’m droning on, which I really have no interest in getting drug down into anymore.
