here's something of note. Darthe didn't unvote when he switched to Cory, but like the very next vote count removes his vote from Pengu. So his vote stayed there as well. I suspect that Darthe has been clarifying in PM whether or not he is using his second vote or not, since he specifically said nothing about the 2 votes. That shows that Darthe has logically been a double voter from the start. Playing it off like he didn't know is suspect. 

Not to mention It was Darthe and Pengu's interactions that alerted me to Pengu to begin with. Darthe pressures Pengu for awhile but backs off saying that something along the lines of Pengu being so single focused that he is starting to look town again. Had I been willing to follow Darthe off of Pengu, odds are Pengu would have coasted because I would have never had that argument with him. Highly suspect of Darthe now, even with me staying on Pengu, it is fairly well known that I have never been able to convince enough people to finish a train atleast without me being confirmed town. So I was very unlikely to actually pull off a lynch on Pengu.
