Ok. Here goes.

 

Dice starts off with the scum team thing. (Which was apparently a joke)

Amega responds to his "joke" by asking about dice's w/l record.

When you asked him about the game, he said Amega's response is scummy.

I ask him about his reads, and he says Amega's response to the scum team (the w/l record question) might be indicative.

There's a little more back and forth, and dice reveals that it was supposed to be humor.

 

His scum read on Amega, as displayed by his answer to both of us, is serious.

It's based on something that I just don't see as being scummy.

 

The seriousness of the read, the fact that it's based on a joke post, and the "legitimacy" of his reason for a read just don't mesh IMO

 

I hope you understand now what I was going through. I want to get past it because, as I said, I don't see any reason scum would go through all of that.

what you seem to be missing is that my scum team comment being meant humorously doesnt matter.

 

What matters is Amegas response to it. and that was weird.

Still in call till Tuesday so bear with me.

I was trying to bring Darthe out and see how he reacts, given last game I completely misread him he's who I wanted the most interaction with right off the bat so that's why I mentioned him more than anyone else really.

 

Amega calling out other people wondering about how they feel about my content without him having thought about or having any feelings towards me is fishy. Sounds a lot like someone who is looking for coat tails to ride on.

I was explaining to Cass my thought process on the situation. I have already deemed it NAI and irrelevant. 

 

I get that you have an issue with his response, and don't agree that it was weird., especially after he explained why he asked it.

@Cass Since you've asked Amega about his read on Darthe, and pointing out he's still in his scum meta,  I've been mulling over my own read to pin down why I think he's town.

 

First of all, he debunked the reason I had to think he was scum. That bumped him back to null.

 

Then I thought about the effort he took into understanding my pov. While scum can do this, yes, it is seen more often by town. So he's on the town side of things for me. Not as strongly as Amega's read.

 

There have been a couple games where I figured out he was scum early on. Not getting the vibe here. I figured out he was town last game from the two pages I popped in and read.

 

I feel like he's town here.

I'd really like to get some other views on Amega.

 

I've hashed out the reason dice is after him. I don't agree he's being weird.

 

Cass brought up some points about him, some I disputed. Some I agreed with.

 

He's top pick for being lynched right now. I'm curious how others feel about that.

I agree that scum is probably hiding in the inactivity but odds are one of them is semi active. I'm feeling you and cass are town unless her scum game is strong. town lean on darthe. 

 

Not sure about kat and caldor say they fall into the inactive category but kat had RL things.

Town lean, but sure.

 

My main reason for thinking he was scum, the whole thing with how he dealt with the fallout of his scum team thing, isn't scummy . That put him back to null.

 

Leaning town because I know Cass well, I think she's town, and she thinks dice is town.

 

It's not much, but it's good enough for day 1.

 

Why do you still think he's scum?
