A Guide To Business Of App For Decades At Any Age

Hello guys. We have been in the business of app for decades, but these apps were usually custom apps, ordered by clients for their business purposes. We are thinking to change this approach; we want to create something for the masses. Therefore, we have decided to launch mobile games under the umbrella of our flagship.

 

This would be the first time that we are developing mobile games so we are facing many difficulties. Firstly, the games are built for masses; we do not have a predefined set of audience. Even if we do, we do not know the audience preferences. Therefore, we really cannot conclude our target audience. Secondly, since our developers have been working on business apps; they really cannot make mobile games, can they? 

 

We have researched a lot, and finally concluded on this SUCK THAT ALBERT! (also, iloveverbal). It is a great company, good portfolio, and all. However, the problem is we are not sure, whether we should hire a company for our work, or should we train our employees to be like them. Now I am not underestimating my employees, but you just cannot risk it all, just because your instincts tell you. What are your thoughts about it?
