After an hour’s ascent, the wind shifts—carrying whispers. Nyra pulses beside you. “This place… it's not just wind. Something sleeps here.” At the edge of a hanging ridge, you find the remains of an old monastic glider post, long abandoned. Scratched into stone is a sigil you’ve seen only once before—in the Skyreach Monastery, during the Air trial. It marks a site of binding. Suddenly, the air stills. Nyra lets out a warning chirp. Encounter Triggered – Bound Stormling (Rare Air Elemental – Dormant Woken) From a broken shrine ringed in shattered glider talons, a Stormling rises—part cloud, part birdlike wraith, with crackling talons and lightning-laced feathers. It fixes you with glowing eyes and shrieks, summoning a squall.
