Those are ordered and I struggled most with switching Zander and cass, but I don't think Zander is ever a wolf with shad considering all that he has done to pick at Shad over RL stuff, and that whole spat. 

 

So Dice... I'm underwhelmed with you pretty badly.  You don't seem to have fire.  GLGL D4.

Can you talk about Dice/Pral?

 

Dice is staying under the radar and isn't mad about anything, even when prodded.  Dice usually gets mad, and usually is sort of ornery as town as he figures things out, but that hasn't shown up in 150 pages.

 

Laya I've seen good arguments for him being a teammate, but tbh in my list he is mostly PoE and that I don't read the dude well.  

 

Both are quiet players, and that affects my read too, but I've got a way stronger level of certainty on sock.

Why for the love of all things holy are Dice and Sock not even in your PoE??  I don't get how every player this game has totally different reads and yet no one is discrediting one another for them

 

 

My PoE only changing once I KNOW if Im wrong about Cass/Pral, I need at least one of their flips before Im gonna be able to look past it.

I definitely misread that.  

 

My laya meta is basically laya is quiet either way and is observative but town laya doesn't need to steer anything while wolf laya wants to have a finger on the pulse of the game.  

 

It's not a great defining meta, but I'm glad it helped sometime.

Sooh is outside the mafia range I have for her, but that's difficult to judge fairly as they've been under pressure for most of the game and it's messing up my read. Eldrick seems to have no filter, but I'd have to look through old games to see if that means anything

 

Zander's paranoia looks good for him

 

I think if Pral/Shad were m/m that Pral would have voted with his read Day 1

 

I remember a lot of questions from Cass but no opinions? I don't remember much from Dice or Darthe outside their pushes on Zander/Sock

 

 

First content post. (Posts to here were happy in tone and a breath of fresh air to my brain. Intros, smilies etc). They're objectively null.

 

No real problems with this at present.  Bold above highlighted as additional stuff that goes either way.

- What is the mafia range you have for Sooh, how was she outside it at this point, how does the pressure they've received mess up the read?

- What, if anything, has changed from then til now?

Already highlighted the Calder-quote thing. 

 

Found it possi-scummy reading it initially. Find it scummy on deliberate re-read. 

 

Biggest sticking point on the handling of it is the way she almost simultaneously dropped it and maintained - with attitude- that she wouldn't accept Calder's explanation for the way it appeared. I see no genuine Towny motivation for this given the way the situation unfolded. 

 

The fact that I repeated the experiment and got the same result as Calder puts more focus on WHAT Sooh actually said during the whole thing. 

 

I do not understand her argument, or what she was saying she thought Calder had done. She simply said/repeated that you would get the same results if you copy QTs. My current take on this is HELL NO. 

There should be more discussion about this if there hasn't been already. 

 

It alone is enough for me to vote them this phase, but I'm not going to until close to deadline. I'm advocating we use all the time we have to pull together.

 

Call for more time before Shad's lynch was objectively the Towniest thing I remember from her, regardless of her alignment. It would have benefited Town to hash out everything like the above and be more across things. 

 

I think any 'scum want to use this time' comments would probably be related to fearmongering. Can't remember who said them?  

 

Sooh's call to use the time itself got labelled null, and the 'why do I even bother' type posts read scum to me for possibly deliberate defeatist attitude. 

Is vocal frustration like this alignment indicative for Sooh?

 

She sheeps Pral on a (undeciphered) comment they don't think I'd defend Shad if WW coming into the thread D2. Is this likely Towny consideration, or TMI?

 

 

Eldrick's pushes at me read scum to me. Something also feels off about him understanding everything from my perspective until I posted a serious push.

 

 

Shad had the slot Town early on too, but was hedgey with it - effectively split his read as Sooh Town, Eldrick probably Town but occasional ?  Could be setting them up or giving himself leeway to get around them. I lean toward leeway given the above.

 

 

Zander

- I am split on whether it's Town or Scum Zander paranoia from ISO. To early to tell if you're easy-reading him but the thought is there. There were moments in his ISO where I went YES! to what he's thinking but there are times where I go    at the way he says/approaches it and historically that has meant he's scum. Concerns for me are wording type stuff and that he occasionally comes across as placating in places TownZander might not. The bits I remember standing out include interactions with Shad and Pral and Darthe and I mostly, IIRC.  I mostly skipped setup-discussion stuff. When we hydra'd he generally had a better understanding than me for setup but he missed the fact the BPV we received was only 25%. I've done worse as Town. Put that as null.

 

 

Pral

I like it in general, can't remember it in context - sticking point is that Pral himself mentioned in defence against Zander after Shad flip that he's more cautious with his bussing when people who know his meta are around. He quoted Sooh for reference. Sets off alarm bells for me wrt Zander-him. Can't tell yet if it's valid. 

 

 

Darthe

Biggest concern with Darthe, as ever, is this game I'm reading his non-committal involvement overlayed with Town cheer as false and that it's talk that looks towny on a shallow level but lacks active Town action/leadership on a deeper one. Spooks me out with the Sooh vote. 

 

Dice I haven't looked at specifically over anything. The only things I noticed he mentioned wanting to post a gif for me at some point and hedging that he reads me 0000000%   for gif comment is only reaction.

He's not gonna remove like a quarter of the starting roster from being able to be pushed as ml's imo

I don't know if this is a nitpicky word choice thing, but do you think that Random's choice to defend his read on me is an overreaction? The phrase "jump into your defense" seems very strong for what he did which in my opinion was more an explanation of a read.

Is anyone else noticing the random/sock/nyce triangle of town reads on each other since I called out Eldrick's connections post?!??!?!!?

Dice: It's surprising that my posts this game haven't drawn the scrutiny from Dice I faced last time, which could be a bad sign for him, or could mean my play's been a bit more solid this game. I've got a slight town vibe from him for the moment

 

Sock: Sooh hasn't really posted much substance in my opinion either way. Eldrick is doing a good job seeming like he's looking for scum, but I felt a bit weird about how he was so quick to vote manbat after our interaction, and seemed to agree with everything I said. This could be paranoia - I'm not used to being agreed with frequently in mafia. I'm giving the benefit of the doubt for the moment, but that just equals a null read

They're all trending positively on one another to some degree, but I'm not sure what you're getting at with red unless you think scum!Eldrick kicked off the game by informing us that if scum!Nyce is a wolf then scum!Random is too.

 

The only thing that really sticks out here to me is Random calling Dice town while saying mostly negative things about him, which doesn't say anything about Dice's alignment but leaves me wondering about Random a bit.

The only person he really takes issue here is the guy who is like almost confirmed Town Cop.
