Good news is I have a long weekend until tuesday so I may read up tomorrow. I just. I don't have any motivation to. I tried yesterday but just couldn't really care enough and half the words just went right through me.

So you think I'm wolfy that I wasn't psychic re: Ironeyes

Cool deal

And I have pushed my villager reads with SIGNFICANT pushback, especially with Laine, so don't even start with me

nothing to do about not being psychic

just felt like wanting to keep him on the table

this isn't a strong read though

anyway

tell me what you know about Katiora and Lizabeth. I don't think I've played with them.

I mean Laine, Darthe and Iron were all wagons and yes, they're all dead villagers

Who else was prominently wagoned yesterday? Anyone?

Sooh comes to mind. And I don't think she's a wolf either.

As for who was being wagoned before I arrived I dunno.

Kat's done nothing which is squarely in both of her ranges

Liz has lots to say but doesn't seem to care much about co-operating which doesn't seem much like her town game

Posted

Nyn - I feel like she's similar to the hydra game we just played together. She points out things and follows up on things that she points out, and she has that level of sass I expect from her. I feel very good about her rn.

BFG - I probably feel the most comfortable with her besides Nyn so far. I think she's inquisitive and asking questions around the board.

Darth- He seems fine this game so far. Sort of skirting the middle of the line a little. I think I'm leaning town, with a slight tinfoil that he might be similar to the VS game where he wasn't showing much interest. I just don't know if staying around and forcing other people to attempt to read him with little information and being the center of attention = not showing interest, so that's why I have him as town for now.

Cory - I know he's super busy these days, but I find it a bit odd how there hasn't been more critical questions. I know he sometimes takes a while to warm up, so he's not in my lynch pool today, though he's right about that whole big expectations thing. I just feel that even as a wolf he would try harder, if that makes sense?

Liz - I have no experience with Liz. From memory during the beginning of the game I felt her questions were kind of reachy, but we do seem to have a very different approach to the game as a whole. I'm cautiously optimistic that her line of questioning will actually lead to good things for town and not just be a way to place doubt in people's heads about different slots.

Alanna - I dislike intensely the pushes to lynch Csarmi. I would always wait for mod intervention on that slot if he hadn't showed up. I also had slight pings over the Alanna/Darthe interactions like I mentioned before. My confidence in reading Alanna has never been very high, but I still think she's being scummy this game.

I don't have a clear memory on the rest, so I'll have to go back and read now.

Is it just me or is Darthe effectively fighting Ironeyes lynch?

I'm having a hard time processing this line of thought. It bothered you that Darthe, a townish lean, seemed  against lynching someone you' have no read on. Why?

I didn't believe his claim. I'm wrong sometimes.

I thought he was vanilla town tbh. I'm not sure I'd even claim in his place btw, certainly not before all other options were used up.

[v]Sooh[/v]

I guess I can see where this is coming from, since I was pushing Darthe and he ended up town. In my defense though, his D1 looked like nothing I would expect there at the end, and his white knighting Ironeyes before the claim just looked off to me.

I agree that Kat needs to be looked at more closely, but she's never around on the weekends. With Liz idk. She's such an unfamiliar player to me, and I don't know if her D1 was just her norm or whatever.

Can you explain why you were reading Cory as light town at this point?

Well, I think Cory has done the same a lot of games recently, where he's sort of taking a back seat approach and letting people make their posts before he really gets into it. Also like I said I know he's busy with work and everything, so I was happy with his content so far.

Cory, do you know Chris's standard ratio for an 11 player game?

There's very probably 3 wolves. Chris can be kind of hard on towns so I wouldn't be shocked with a potentially scumsided game.

It means we're not in a very good spot right now, for one

IDK anything about if he'd do 3P roles, he has before but not always so ???

Because it came out of nowhere. He has given virtually no reads up until that point, when he's staunchly against a lynch on Ironeyes. I thought it looked suspicious.

Good point, but we don't know who was killed by the wolves, right?

Why would mafia kill Alanna who was a wagon the day before over a claimed role they had no reason to disbelieve?
