Defending other players conditionally on what other people have said about them is one of the worst mistakes you can make as a villager.

 

Gauge people on what they do and not what other people say about them.

 

Sometimes your conditional read is wrong. Sometimes wolves bus. Weird things happen.

No, but that doesn't matter. Imo she's done something which is clearly scummy. I can get you disagreeing because you don't think the action itself is scummy but I would never give someone a pass for being scummy because they're scummy as both town and scum.
